Claims (2)
- 垂直軸方向に移動可能で被検体を上下位撮影及び内外斜位撮影するよう、第1水平軸を中心に回転可能であるとともに前記第1水平軸に垂直である第2水平軸方向に移動可能な装置本体と、
前記装置本体の一端部に固定されてレントゲンを照射するジェネレーターと、
前記装置本体の他端部に固定されて前記ジェネレーターと対面するディテクターを含む被検体支持部と、
前記装置本体を前記垂直軸方向に移動させる第1移動ユニットと、
前記装置本体を第2水平軸方向に移動させる第2移動ユニットと、
前記装置本体を前記第1水平軸を中心に回転させる回転ユニットと、
前記第1移動ユニット、前記第2移動ユニット及び前記回転ユニットを制御するコントローラーと、を含み、
前記コントローラーは、前記被検体支持部の上部面中心が移動しないよう前記回転ユニットが前記装置本体を回転させると同時に、それに連動して前記第1移動ユニット及び前記第2移動ユニットが前記装置本体を移動させるように制御し、
前記コントローラーは、前記回転ユニットによる前記装置本体の回転角を角度θで表したときに、前記装置本体の回転に伴う移動方向として想定される方向とは反対の方向に、前記第1移動ユニットによって移動量A(1-cosθ)だけ前記装置本体を移動させるとともに、前記第2移動ユニットによって前記装置本体を移動量A*sinθだけ移動させる(但しAは、前記第1水平軸の中心から前記上部面までの距離である)ように制御するマンモグラフィ装置。 - 垂直軸方向に移動可能であり、被検体を上下位撮影及び内外斜位撮影するよう、第1水平軸を中心に回転可能であるとともに前記第1水平軸に垂直である第2水平軸方向に移動可能な装置本体と、前記装置本体の一端部に固定されてレントゲンを照射するジェネレーターと、前記装置本体の他端部に固定されて前記ジェネレーターと対面するディテクターを備えた被検体支持部とを含むマンモグラフィ装置を準備する段階と、
前記被検体支持部の上部面中心が移動しないよう前記装置本体を第1水平軸を中心に回転させると同時に、それに連動して前記装置本体を前記垂直軸方向及び第2水平軸方向に移動させる段階と、
を含み、
前記装置本体を同時に移動及び回転させる段階は、前記装置本体の回転角を角度θで表したときに、前記装置本体の回転に伴う移動方向として想定される方向とは反対の方向に、前記垂直軸方向の移動量A(1-cosθ)及び前記第2水平軸方向の移動量A*sinθだけ前記装置本体を移動させる(但しAは、前記第1水平軸の中心から前記上部面までの距離である)段階を含むマンモグラフィ装置の位置整列制御方法。
