Description
1.石炭灰を焙焼する工程、
2.石炭灰を鉱酸溶液中に浸漬する工程、
3.石炭灰をアルカリ溶液中に浸漬する工程
実験例2は、石炭灰100重量部を350℃で焙焼し、粉砕処理する前処理例である。浸漬処理は、還流冷却反応槽に投入し、25%NaOH溶液75重量部を加え、撹拌しながら95℃で4時間加熱し、静置した。溶液中の石炭灰残渣が、沈殿した後、分離した上澄み液を採取し、残渣と分離した。本固化体残渣は、Si/Al比が、2.39であった。
〔吸水率〕
粒度となるまでああ試料を水中に24時間水没させ、表面を表乾状態にする。これを100℃の乾燥器で乾燥させて、乾燥前後の質量を測定し、吸水した水分の量を算出する。これを乾燥質量で割って吸水率とした。
〔圧潰強度〕
球状に造粒したものを圧縮試験機で圧縮し、最大の荷重を圧潰強度とした。
Claims (6)
- 石炭灰からシリカ成分をケイ酸アルカリとして取出し、取出し後の残渣から人工骨材を製造する石炭灰の処理方法であって、
石炭灰から25w%より高い濃度のNaOH溶液を用いて、70℃から150℃で加熱して、シリカ成分をケイ酸ナトリウムとして浸出させ、ケイ酸ナトリウム溶液とSi/Al比≦3のAlリッチ残渣とに分離する第1工程と、
前記第1工程で発生したケイ酸ナトリウムが表面に付着したAlリッチ残渣をそのまま加熱固化して成形するか、又は、セメントと水を添加して造粒成形して、人工骨材を製造する第2工程と、
を有することを特徴とする石炭灰の処理方法。 - 第1工程の前に、次のいずれかを行うことにより、石炭灰からケイ酸アルカリの取出しを促進する請求項1記載の石炭灰の処理方法。
1.石炭灰を焙焼する工程、
2.石炭灰を鉱酸溶液中に浸漬する工程、
3.石炭灰をアルカリ溶液中に浸漬する工程 - 前記焙焼は、400℃以下で1〜1.5時間であり、鉱酸は、任意の濃度のH2SO4溶液を用いた、常温ないしは任意の温度下での浸漬であり、アルカリ溶液は、5〜20%(w/w)NaOH溶液を用いた、常温ないしは任意の温度下での浸漬である請求項2記載の石炭灰の処理方法。
- 第2工程の成形が、前記Alリッチ残渣を、そのままスリット付鋳型に流し込んで加熱固化した後、粗砕機で粗砕し、篩で分級、整粒して成形し、人工骨材を製造する請求項1乃至3のそれぞれに記載の石炭灰の処理方法。
- 第2工程の成形が、攪拌型造粒機による混合攪拌造粒又は、パン型造粒機による転動造粒である請求項1乃至3のそれぞれに記載の石炭灰の処理方法。
- 第2工程の成形が、Si/Al比≦3であるAlリッチ残渣の50〜70重量部、及びセメント50〜30重量部の合量100重量部に水10〜20重量部を加えて、パン型造粒機による転動造粒である請求項1乃至3のそれぞれに記載の石炭灰の処理方法。
