Claims (1)
- 回路基板の上にラミネート用の樹脂フィルムが載置されたワークを搬送するワーク搬送手段と、ワークを減圧状態で一対の押圧体の間に挟んで加圧して上記樹脂フィルムを回路基板表面に密着させる真空積層手段と、樹脂フィルムが回路基板に密着したワークを一対の押圧体の間に挟んで押圧し、その樹脂フィルム面を平坦化する平面プレス手段とを備えた積層装置であって、上記平面プレス手段が、一対の押圧体の一方を支承するボールねじと、上記ボールねじのねじ軸に接続されたサーボモータと、一方の押圧体と他方の押圧体の間の距離を計測する間隙測定手段と、一方の押圧体を他方の押圧体に対して所定の間隙となる位置まで移動させて停止させる押圧間隙制御手段とを有しており、上記間隙測定手段がスケールとエンコーダヘッドとを有するリニアスケールを備えるとともに、上記エンコーダヘッドが一対の押圧体の下側に配設されており、上記押圧間隙制御手段が、上記間隙測定手段により得られる押圧体間距離情報に基づいて上記サーボモータの回転数を段階的に変更し、一方の押圧体と他方の押圧体とが接近する速度を制御する接近速度制御手段を備えることを特徴とする積層装置。
