Description
図1は、板材の接合構造の断面図である。なお、以下の場合において、上下左右は、セルフ・ピアス・リベット(SPR)による打ち抜き接合加工時の上下左右とする。
[リベットによる板材の接合方法]
図4は、リベットによる板材の接合方法に係る接合工程を示し、(A)は、待機工程、(B)は、打ち込み開始工程、(C)は、打ち込み途中工程、(D)は、打ち込み完了工程、(E)は、接合完了後の断面図である。
[接合結果]
図5は、接合状態の締結力を示す概念図である。
[剥離の観察]
図7(A)は、リベット頭部側における積層板材(CFRP)の打ち抜き後のCスキャン画像、(B)は、同外観写真、図8(A)は、カシメ部側におけるCFRPの打ち抜き後のCスキャン画像、(B)は、同外観写真である。
[実施例1の効果]
本発明の実施例1の繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き方法では、図4のように、接合面11、13を合わせて重ねられ少なくとも一方が繊維強化プラスチック製の各板材として各積層板材(CFRP)1,3を軸部15により打ち抜く繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き方法であって、CFRP1,3の反接合面27,29に軸部15の外径と同等の内径の内孔31を有すると共に内孔31の反接合面27,29での縁部が断面直角の角部35とされた支持治具7,9を当接させ、軸部15による打ち抜きを、支持治具7,9の内孔31に合わせて行った。
本発明の繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き装置は、図4のように、昇降可能なステム45により軸部15を下降動作させ得る上側の押さえ治具41と、この押さえ治具41に対する下側のポンチ43とを備え、接合面11、13を合わせて重ねられ少なくとも一方が繊維強化プラスチック製の各板材として各積層板材(CFRP)1,3を、前記押さえ治具41及びポンチ43間で前記軸部15により打ち抜く繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き装置であって、前記CFRP1,3に対向させる押さえ治具41とポンチ43との一方又は双方、実施例では双方に、CFRP1,3の反接合面27,29に当接させるための支持治具7,9を備え、支持治具7,9は、軸部15の外径と同等の内径の内孔31を有すると共に内孔31の反接合面27,29での縁部が断面直角の角部35とされ、重ねられた板材に押さえ治具41及びポンチ43間で支持治具7、9によりクランプ力を負荷させ軸部15による打ち抜きを内孔31に合わせて行うことで上記打抜き方法を実現できる。
軸部15が、押さえ冶具41に対し交換可能に支持されて、上記打抜き方法を実現できる。
[変形例]
図9は、変形例に係り、板材の接合構造の断面図である。
本発明の実施例3の繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き方法では、図15のように、接合面を合わせて重ねられ少なくとも一方が繊維強化プラスチック製の各板材として金属板3とCFRP3とを軸部15Fにより打ち抜く繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き方法であって、CFRP3の反接合面に軸部15の外径と同等の内径の内孔79aを有すると共に内孔79aの反接合面での縁部が断面直角の角部とされた部分を当接させ、軸部15Fによる打ち抜きを、部分の内孔79aに合わせて行った。
本実施例3の繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き装置では、昇降可能なステムにより軸部15Fを下降動作させ得る上側の押さえ治具77と、この押さえ治具77に対する下側のポンチ79とを備え、接合面を合わせて重ねられ少なくとも一方が繊維強化プラスチック製の各板材として金属板3とCFRP3とを、押さえ治具77及びポンチ79間で軸部15Fにより打ち抜く繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き装置であって、繊維強化プラスチック製の板材に対向する押さえ治具とポンチとの一方又は双方、実施例ではポンチ79に、CFRP3の反接合面に当接させるための部分を備え、部分は、軸部15Fの外径と同等の内径の内孔79aを有すると共に内孔79aの反接合面での縁部が断面直角の角部とされ、重ねられた板材に押さえ治具77及びポンチ79間で前記部分によりクランプ力を負荷させ軸部15Fによる打ち抜きを内孔79aに合わせて行うことで上記打抜き方法を実現できる。
[その他]
座金7,9は、積層板材1,3にクランプ力を確実に伝達できれば良く、その材質、厚さは、適宜選択することができる。

Claims (4)
- 接合面を合わせて重ねられ少なくとも一方が繊維強化プラスチック製の積層板材を軸部により打ち抜く繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き方法であって、
前記積層板材の反接合面の双方に前記軸部の外径と同等の内径の内孔を有すると共に前記内孔の前記反接合面での縁部が断面直角の角部とされ前記軸部に対応して位置決められて前記軸部の外径に対応した周回範囲まで支持する支持治具を当接させ、
前記軸部による打ち抜きを、前記支持治具の内孔に合わせて行った、
ことを特徴とする繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き方法。 - 昇降可能なステムにより軸部を下降動作させ得る上側の押さえ治具と、この押さえ治具に対する下側のポンチとを備え、接合面を合わせて重ねられ少なくとも一方が繊維強化プラスチック製の積層板材を、前記押さえ治具及びポンチ間で前記軸部により打ち抜く繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き装置であって、
前記積層板材に対向させる前記押さえ治具とポンチとの双方に、前記繊維強化プラスチック製の板材の反接合面に当接させるための前記軸部に対応して位置決められた支持治具を備え、
前記支持治具は、前記軸部の外径と同等の内径の内孔を有すると共に前記内孔の前記反接合面での縁部が断面直角の角部とされ、
前記積層板材に前記押さえ治具及びポンチ間で前記支持治具により前記軸部の外径に対応した周回範囲までクランプ力を負荷させ前記軸部による打ち抜きを前記内孔に合わせて行う、
ことを特徴とする繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き装置。 - 昇降可能なステムにより軸部を下降動作させ得る上側の押さえ治具と、この押さえ治具に対する下側のポンチとを備え、接合面を合わせて重ねられ少なくとも一方が繊維強化プラスチック製の積層板材を、前記押さえ治具及びポンチ間で前記軸部により打ち抜く繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き装置であって、
前記積層板材に対向する前記押さえ治具とポンチとの双方に、前記積層板材の反接合面に当接させるための前記軸部に対応して位置決められた部分を備え、
前記部分は、前記軸部の外径と同等の内径の内孔を有すると共に前記内孔の前記反接合面での縁部が断面直角の角部とされ、
前記積層板材に前記押さえ治具及びポンチ間で前記部分により前記軸部の外径に対応した周回範囲までクランプ力を負荷させ前記軸部による打ち抜きを前記内孔に合わせて行う、
ことを特徴とする繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き装置。 - 請求項2又は3記載の繊維強化プラスチック製板材の打抜き装置であって、
前記軸部が、前記押さえ冶具に対し交換可能に支持された、
