− 5〜25重量%のカーボンブラック、好ましくは6〜15重量%のカーボンブラック、特に好ましくは7〜10重量%のカーボンブラックを有するカーボンブラックの水性分散液Aを製造/使用する工程;
RFL浸漬液である分散液Bに水性分散液Aを加えて混合する工程。

Claims (12)
- カーカス(4)と前記カーカス(4)に隣接する部材(9、10)とを有するラジアル構成の空気入り車両タイヤ(1)であって、スレッド形状要素(11)が前記カーカス(4)の2つの表面の少なくとも1つに配置され、前記スレッド形状要素(11)は、前記タイヤの組み立て中に前記カーカス(4)と前記隣接部材(9、10)との間に閉じ込められた空気の空気排出のために使用される空気入り車両タイヤ(1)において、
少なくとも1つのスレッド形状要素(11)が、導電性のコーティング(13)を有し、導電性コーティングされたスレッド形状要素(12)を形成することと、前記導電性コーティングされたスレッド形状要素(12)が1×107オーム/cm未満の電気抵抗を有することとを特徴とする空気入り車両タイヤ(1)。 - 1〜20個の導電性コーティングされたスレッド形状要素(12)が前記カーカス(4)の表面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入り車両タイヤ。
- 未加硫タイヤ中の前記導電性コーティングされたスレッド形状要素(12)が1.5%〜50%の伸び率を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気入り車両タイヤ。
- 前記スレッド形状要素(11)が導電性でない材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入り車両タイヤ。
- 前記スレッド形状要素(11)の直径が0.01〜1.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の空気入り車両タイヤ。
- 前記導電性コーティングされたスレッド形状要素(12)が3000dtex未満の繊度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の空気入り車両タイヤ。
- 前記導電性コーティング(13)が、導電性粒子(14)を含有する、或いは50m2/g以上の比表面積を有するカーボンブラックを含有する接着促進剤又はRFL浸漬液であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の空気入り車両タイヤ。
- 前記導電性コーティング(13)がカーボンブラック浸漬液であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の空気入り車両タイヤ。
- 前記導電性コーティング(13)が、前記スレッド形状要素(11)と比べた重量%において、10〜90重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の空気入り車両タイヤ。
- 前記空気入り車両タイヤ(1)のヘッド領域(6)とビード領域(2、3)のゴム混合物が導電性ゴム混合物を有する一方、前記カーカス(4)のおよび/または前記サイドウォール領域(10)のおよび/または前記内層(9)のゴム混合物の導電性が不十分であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の空気入り車両タイヤ。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の空気入り車両タイヤの空気排出スレッド用導電性コーティングを製造する方法であって、
− 5〜25重量%のカーボンブラックを有するカーボンブラックの水性分散液Aを製造する工程と、
− 前記水性分散液Aを導電性コーティングとしてのRFL浸漬液である分散液Bに加えて混合する工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記分散液AおよびBが50:50〜70:30の体積比で混合されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
