Claims (9)
- 少なくとも一つの平たい接点(1,1’)を備え、射出成形部(3)により周囲を取り囲まれた、その接点の部分部材(4)に、接点(1,1’)の軸方向における一つ以上の横断面変化部を有する、プラスチック本体部(2)を貫通する液密な接点スリーブにおいて、
このプラスチック本体部(2)が非収縮熱硬化性材料から構成されることと、
この少なくとも一つの平たい接点(1,1’)の長手側面の角(8)が丸くなっていることと、
この少なくとも一つの平たい接点(1,1’)が、その両端に射出成形部(3)により周囲を取り囲まれていない先端区画(7a,7b)を有することと、
この横断面変化部が、この少なくとも一つの平たい接点(1,1’)の横断面の高さを軸方向(a)に関して変化させずに、この少なくとも一つの平たい接点(1,1’)の横断面の幅(b)を軸方向(a)に関して変化させる切欠き(5a,5b)によって構成されることと、
を特徴とする液密な接点スリーブ。 - 当該の少なくとも一つの平たい接点(1,1’)とプラスチック本体部(2)が同じ熱膨張係数を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液密な接点スリーブ。
- 当該の少なくとも一つの平たい接点(1,1’)とプラスチック本体部(2)の間に接着剤が塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液密な接点スリーブ。
- 当該のプラスチック本体部(2)がコネクタ筐体(6)を構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液密な接点スリーブ。
- この接点スリーブが多極式コネクタを構成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液密な接点スリーブ。
- 当該の少なくとも一つの平たい接点(1,1’)の射出成形部(3)により周囲を取り囲まれていない先端区画(7a,7b)が電気鍍金被膜を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液密な接点スリーブ。
- 当該の少なくとも一つの平たい接点(1,1’)が少なくとも部分的に錫又は銀の被膜を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は6に記載の液密な接点スリーブ。
- 当該の少なくとも一つの平たい接点(1,1’)の長手側面の角(8)が連続して丸くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液密な接点スリーブ。
- 当該のプラスチック本体部(2)が、ゼロ収縮特性を有するエポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂又はバルクモールディングコンパウンドから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液密な接点スリーブ。
