Description
本出願は、2004年2月27日に出願された「Hermetic Electrical Connector and Method of Making Same」という発明の名称の米国仮特許出願第60/548,618号からの優先権を主張し、これによって、その出願の全内容は、本明細書中に参考として援用される。

簡単に述べると、本発明は、隔壁におけるホールを通して耐圧の導電性接続を提供するための密閉圧力コネクターに関する。このコネクターは、高圧側および対向の低圧側を有する横断支持部材を含む。通路は、対向する側の間に横断支持部材を通って延びる。軸部分を有する導体ピンは、通路を通って延びる。絶縁スリーブは、導体ピンの少なくとも軸部分を囲み、それによって、横断支持部材を導体ピンから電気的に絶縁する。成形コネクター本体は、高圧側および低圧側の少なくとも1つで導体ピンの少なくとも中央部を囲み、それによって、通路における導体ピンを機械的に支持する。成形コネクター本体は、直接的、密閉的に導体ピン、絶縁スリーブおよび横断支持部材と係合される。

Claims (20)
- 隔壁におけるホールを通して、耐圧の導電性接続を提供するための密閉圧力コネクターであって、該コネクターは、以下:
対向する側の間に横断支持部材を通って延びる通路を有する高圧側および対向の低圧側を有する横断支持部材;
該通路を通って延びる軸部分を有する導体ピン;
該導体ピンの少なくとも軸部分を囲む絶縁スリーブであって、該絶縁スリーブによって、該横断支持部材を該導体ピンから電気的に絶縁し、該絶縁スリーブは、該高圧側に位置決めされ、そしてセラミックから構築される第1の片、および該低圧側に位置決めされ、そしてポリマー材料から構築される第2の片を有する2部の挿入物である絶縁スリーブ;ならびに
該高圧側および該低圧側の少なくとも1つにおいて該導体ピンの少なくとも中央部を囲む成形コネクター本体であって、該通路における該導体ピンを機械的に支持し、該導体ピン、該絶縁スリーブおよび該横断支持部材と直接的、密閉的に係合される、成形コネクター本体
を備える、密閉圧力コネクター。 - 請求項1に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記横断支持部材は、多数の通路を含み、それぞれの通路を通して延びる軸部分を有する対応する多数の導体ピンが存在し、各導体ピンは、該軸部分を囲む絶縁スリーブを含む、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項1に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記横断支持部材は、金属材料から構成される、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項1に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記導体ピンは、該導体ピンと前記成形コネクター本体とを連結するために、該成形コネクター本体に包まれた周縁の連結部材を含む、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項4に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記周囲の連結部材は、前記導体ピンに形成される円周の溝を含む、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項1に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記横断支持部材は、前記成形コネクター本体に前記横断支持部材を連結する、あり継ぎ保持特徴を含む、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項1に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、周囲の溝は、前記成形コネクター本体の外面で形成される、密閉圧力コネクター。

- 請求項1に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記成形コネクター本体は、前記高圧側で前記通路を越えて前記導体ピンの中央部を囲む、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項1に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記成形コネクター本体は、前記低圧側で前記通路を越えて前記導体ピンの中央部を囲む、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項1に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記成形コネクター本体は、前記高圧側および前記低圧側の少なくとも1つにおいて前記横断支持部材を越えて延びる、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項1に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記横断支持部材は、プレートを含み、該プレートの少なくとも一部分は、前記成形コネクター本体に包埋される、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項14に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記プレートは、前記成形コネクター本体の外径と実質的に等しい外径を有する、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項1に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記横断支持部材は、前記成形コネクター本体の外径と実質的に等しい外径を有する、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項1に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記成形コネクター本体は、高分子材料から構成される、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 請求項17に記載の密閉圧力コネクターであって、前記導体ピンおよび前記横断支持部材は、前記高分子のコネクター本体とともにインサイト成形される、密閉圧力コネクター。
- 隔壁におけるホールを通して、圧密の導電性接続を提供するための密閉圧力コネクターであって、該コネクターは、以下:
横断支持部材を通って延びる通路を有する該横断支持部材;
該導体ピンの少なくとも軸部分を囲む絶縁スリーブであって、該絶縁スリーブによって、該横断支持部材を該導体ピンから電気的に絶縁し、該絶縁スリーブは、該高圧側に位置決めされ、そしてセラミックから構築される第1の片、および該低圧側に位置決めされ、そしてポリマー材料から構築される第2の片を有する2部の挿入物である絶縁スリーブ;
該通路を通って延びる軸部分を有する導体ピン;
