Description
貴金属粉末として平均粒径D50が1.3μmのAg粉、卑金属粉末として表1に示すような比表面積及び平均粒径D50を有する9種類(粉末試料A〜I)のCu粉又はNi粉を用意し、さらに平均粒径D50が2μmのBi−B−Si−O系ガラスフリットを用意した。
縦:76mm、横:26mm、厚み:1.4mmのスライドガラスを用意し、上記導電性ペーストを使用し、ライン全長L:100mm、線幅W:0.5mmとなるようにスクリーン印刷し、スライドガラス上に導電パターンを形成した。次いで、このスライドガラスを150℃の温度で10分間乾燥した後、最高温度600℃で5分間焼成し、表面に導電膜が形成された試料番号1〜18の試料を得た。

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも導電性粉末とガラスフリットと有機ビヒクルとを含有した導電性ペーストであって、
前記導電性粉末が、貴金属粉末と、Cu及びNiのうちの少なくとも一方を含む卑金属粉末とを有すると共に、前記卑金属粉末の比表面積は、0.5m2/g未満であり、
前記導電性粉末の総量に対する前記卑金属粉末の含有量は、重量比で、
前記卑金属粉末が前記Cuを主成分とする場合は、0.1〜0.3であり、
前記卑金属粉末が前記Niを主成分とする場合は、0.1〜0.2であり、
前記卑金属粉末が前記Cuと前記Niの混合粉を主成分とする場合は、0.1〜0.25であることを特徴とする導電性ペースト。 - 前記卑金属粉末は、アトマイズ法で作製されたアトマイズ粉であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の導電性ペースト。
- 前記卑金属粉末は、平均粒径が8μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の導電性ペースト。
- 前記卑金属粉末は、平均粒径が2.5μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の導電性ペースト。
- 前記貴金属粉末は、平均粒径が0.1〜3μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の導電性ペースト。
- 前記導電性粉末の含有量は、50〜90wt%であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の導電性ペースト。
- 前記ガラスフリットの平均粒径は、前記貴金属粉末の平均粒径の2倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の導電性ペースト。
- 前記ガラスフリットは、軟化点が350℃〜600℃であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の導電性ペースト。
- 前記貴金属粉末は、Agを主成分としていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の導電性ペースト。
- ガラス基体上に所定パターンの導電膜が形成されたガラス物品であって、
前記導電膜は、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれかに記載の導電性ペーストが前記ガラス基体上に塗布されて焼結されてなることを特徴とするガラス物品。 - 前記ガラス基体と前記導電膜との間にセラミック層が介在されていることを特徴とする請求項10記載のガラス物品。
