Claims (8)
- 蓄電部を有する被充電機器と、前記被充電機器への電力供給及び前記被充電機器からの電力供給のうち少なくとも一方を制御する電力装置との間を電気的に接続する電気接続用コネクタであって、
前記被充電機器又は前記電力装置の一方に電気的に接続された電気ケーブルと他方とを電気的に接続するコンタクト部と、コネクタ本体とを備え、
前記コネクタ本体は、
前記コンタクト部と、
前記電気ケーブルに直列接続された電気導体部を有し前記電気導体部を接触又は開放することで前記被充電機器と前記電力装置との間の給電路を開閉させる電力遮断部と、
前記給電路に生じる異常を検出又は外部からの異常信号を受信する第1異常検出部と、
前記第1異常検出部が前記異常を検出又は前記異常信号を受信すると前記電気導体部を機械的に開放させる異常伝達部と、
前記第1異常検出部が前記異常を検出しておらず且つ前記異常信号を受信していない状態において前記電気導体部を接触させる第1位置と前記電気導体部を開放させる第2位置との間で移動する開閉機構部とを有し、
前記第1異常検出部は、前記給電路に生じる短絡電流及び過負荷電流のうち少なくとも一方を前記異常として検出するように構成され、
前記開閉機構部は、
前記コンタクト部を前記被充電機器又は前記電力装置に接続する際に第1方向に移動し、前記コンタクト部と前記被充電機器又は前記電力装置との接続を解除する際に前記第1方向と反対の第2方向に移動するスライドレバーと、
前記電気導体部を接触させる閉極位置と前記電気導体部を開放させる開極位置との間で移動するハンドルとを含み、
前記ハンドルは、前記スライドレバーが前記第1方向に移動する際に前記スライドレバーに押されて前記閉極位置に移動し、前記スライドレバーが前記第2方向に移動する際に前記スライドレバーに押されて前記開極位置に移動するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする電気接続用コネクタ。 - 前記開閉機構部は、前記コンタクト部を前記被充電機器又は前記電力装置に接続する際には前記コンタクト部が接続された後に前記電気導体部を接触させ、前記コンタクト部と前記被充電機器又は前記電力装置との接続を解除する際には前記コンタクト部の接続が解除される前に前記電気導体部を開放させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気接続用コネクタ。 - 前記第1異常検出部は、さらに、前記給電路に生じる地絡電流、漏洩電流、前記コンタクト部の接続不良及び前記コンタクト部の温度異常のうち少なくとも1つを前記異常として検出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電気接続用コネクタ。 - 前記コネクタ本体の外部に設けられた第2異常検出部から出力される異常信号を受信する信号受信部を備え、
前記異常伝達部は、前記信号受信部が前記異常信号を受信すると前記電気導体部を開放させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の電気接続用コネクタ。 - 前記電気導体部は、固定接触子と、前記固定接触子に対して接離自在に接触する可動接触子とで構成され、絶縁性材料からなる第1ケースに収納されており、
前記電力遮断部は、前記可動接触子が前記固定接触子から離れる際に生じるアークを挟むようにN極及びS極が向かい合わせに配置された永久磁石と、前記永久磁石と磁気的に接続されて前記永久磁石とともに磁路を形成する継鉄とを有し、
前記継鉄は前記第1ケースの外側に配置され、前記永久磁石は前記第1ケースの外側で且つ前記固定接触子及び前記可動接触子と対応する部位に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の電気接続用コネクタ。 - 前記第1ケースは、前記電力遮断部、前記第1異常検出部、前記異常伝達部及び前記開閉機構部が少なくとも収納される第2ケースで構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の電気接続用コネクタ。 - 前記永久磁石は、前記固定接触子の近傍に配置されており、前記開閉機構部の動作に応じて回転することで磁界の方向を変化させる
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の電気接続用コネクタ。 - 前記電力遮断部は、前記可動接触子が前記固定接触子から離れる際に生じるアークを転移させるアーク走行板と、前記アーク走行板を介して送り込まれた前記アークを消弧させる消弧グリッド板とで構成された消弧部を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項5〜7の何れか1項に記載の電気接続用コネクタ。
