Claims (15)
- フライスヘッド駆動部(7)を支持する車体(6)に軸支された回転駆動されるフライスヘッド(5)を有し、このフライスヘッド(5)が、レール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための複数の付刃バイト(31)から成る少なくとも一つのカッター歯列(17)を有し、カッター歯列(17)の付刃バイト(31)は、フライスヘッド(5)への取り付け時において回転方向に交差する方向にカッター歯列(17)が延びるように並べられており、フライスヘッド(5)の回転平面(13)を線路レール(4)の方向に揃えた状態で、道床(3)に配置された線路レール(4)のレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)において、
このフライスヘッド(5)が、フライスヘッド駆動部(7)と接続された円板形状の工具支持部(14)を有し、
この工具支持部(14)が、周縁に配置された、付刃バイト(31)から成るカッター歯列(17)を備えたカセット(16)を有し、これらのカセットが、工具支持部(14)と取り外し可能な形で接続された複数の支持セグメント(15)に配置されていることと、
この工具支持部(14)の周縁には、付刃バイト(31)から成るカッター歯列(17)を備えたカセット(16)であって、
カッター歯列(17)の数、
カッター歯列(17)の相互間隔(32)、
個々の付刃バイト(31)のすくい角(33)、及び
個々の付刃バイト(31)の設定角(35)、
の中の一つ以上に関して異なるカセット(16)が少なくとも二つ配置されていることとの一つ以上であり、
各カセット(16)の付刃バイト(31)の全体がレール頭部(2)の輪郭に対応することを特徴とするレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)。 - 本装置(1)が、走行方向(21)に対して平行な方向を向いたキャビン壁(22)によって区切られた、車体(6)により支持された作業室(20)を有し、これらのキャビン壁(22)の間には、フライスヘッド(5)、フライスヘッド駆動部(7)及び調整手段(9)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)。
- フライスヘッド(5)とフライスヘッド駆動部(7)が、共に調整手段(9)に軸支されており、線路レール(4)に対して直角の方向を向いた平面内において調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)。
- 作業室(20)内に、セグメント把持部(24)を有するリフト機器(23)が配置されており、このセグメント把持部は、フライスヘッド(5)の回転平面(13)内において走行方向(21)に対して平行及び直角に並進移動(25,26)できるか、或いは、特に、フライスヘッド(5)の回転平面(13)と関係なく、走行方向(21)に対して直角の方向を向いた軸の周りを回転移動(27)できるとともに、走行方向(21)に対して平行及び直角に並進移動(25,26)できることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載のレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)。
- 作業室(20)内に、特に、作業室(20)の準備空間(41)内に、複数の収容部(29)を備えたマガジン(28)を有する作業テーブル(8)が配置されており、このマガジン(28)が、保守位置と、フライスヘッド(5)の回転平面(13)内に有る交換位置との間をスライド可能な形(30)で軸支されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載のレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)。
- 作業室(20)内に、特に、作業室(20)のフライス加工空間(42)内に、複数のフライスヘッド(5)とフライスヘッド(5)の回転平面(13)の間で調整可能な単一のリフト機器(23)とが配置されているか、或いは作業室(20)内に、特に、作業室(20)のフライス加工空間(42)内に、複数のフライスヘッド(5)とフライスヘッド(5)毎の一つのリフト機器(23)とが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載のレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)。
- 工具支持部(14)が多角形の横断面形状を有し、取付面と同じ数の同形の支持セグメント(15)を収容するための複数の、特に、6個より多い又は8〜12個の取付面(18)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載のレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)。
- 支持セグメント(15)とカセット(16)が、個々のカセット(16)を各支持セグメント(15)及び支持セグメント(15)の各位置に普遍的に固定できるように構成されていることと、各支持セグメント(15)に、同じ数のカセット(16)が取り外し可能な形で固定されていることとの一つ以上であり、一つの支持セグメント(15)には、複数の又は5〜8個のカセット(16)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載のレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)。
- 支持セグメント(15)の中の少なくとも一つには、カッター歯列(17)の数、カッター歯列(17)の相互間隔(32)、個々の付刃バイト(31)のすくい角(33)及び個々の付刃バイト(31)の設定角(35)の中の一つ以上に関して異なる少なくとも二つのカセット(16)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載のレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)。
- フライスヘッド(5)及び/又はフライスヘッド駆動部(7)が、高さ方向(10)及び/又は横方向(11)に関してフライスヘッド(5)を位置決めするための調整手段(9)と協力して動作することを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載のレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)。
- 複数の付刃バイト(31)から成る少なくとも一つのカッター歯列(17)を備えた回転駆動されるフライスヘッド(5)を有し、カッター歯列(17)の付刃バイト(31)は、フライスヘッド(5)への取り付け時において回転方向に交差する方向にカッター歯列(17)が延びるように並べられており、フライスヘッド(5)の回転平面(13)を線路レール(4)の方向に揃えた状態で、道床(3)に配置された線路レール(4)のレール頭部(2)をフライス加工するための走行可能な装置(1)で付刃バイト(31)を交換する方法において、
フライスヘッド(5)における付刃バイト(31)が所定の磨耗判断基準に到達した場合、特に、フライスヘッド(5)の円板形状の工具支持部(14)から、周縁に配置された付刃バイト(31)の中の複数の付刃バイトからなるカッター歯列(17)を備えた異なるカセット(16)を有する複数の支持セグメント(15)の中の一つを取り外した後、フライスヘッド(5)から取り出して、最終的に、準備しておいた別の支持セグメント(15)を工具支持部(14)に配置して、この工具支持部と接続することによって、複数の付刃バイト(31)をグループとして同時に取り替え、各カセット(16)の付刃バイト(31)の全体は、レール頭部(2)の輪郭に対応することを特徴とする付刃バイト(31)を交換する方法。 - ロック機器(36)を自動及び/又は手動により操作することによって、個々に支持セグメント(15)を工具支持部(14)に固定するか、或いは工具支持部(14)から取り外すことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の付刃バイト(31)を交換する方法。
- フライスヘッド(5)の一つの、複数の、或いは全ての支持セグメント(15)の取り替えが本装置(1)の作業室(20)内で行なわれることと、カセット(16)の取り替えが、フライスヘッド(5)から離れた所で、本装置(1)に配置された作業テーブル(8)で行なわれることとの一つ以上を特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の付刃バイト(31)を交換する方法。
- 本装置(1)内で、特に、作業室(20)の準備空間(41)内で、フライスヘッド(5)から取り出した支持セグメント(15)に関して、一つの、複数の、或いは全てのカセット(16)を交換することと、カセット(16)の付刃バイト(31)の取り替えを行なうこととの一つ以上を特徴とする請求項11から13までのいずれか一つに記載の付刃バイト(31)を交換する方法。
- 特に、リフト機器(23)を用いて、工具支持部(14)から取り外された後の支持セグメント(15)を回転軸(12)に対して半径方向及び/又は軸方向を向いた方向に工具支持部(14)から取り出すことを特徴とする請求項11から14までのいずれか一つに記載の付刃バイト(31)を交換する方法。
