Description
R1及びR2は互いに同じであるか異なり、それぞれ独立的に水素、炭素数1乃至20のアルキル基、炭素数1乃至20のアルコキシ基、炭素数2乃至20のアルケニル基、炭素数6乃至20のアリール基、炭素数7乃至20のアルキルアリール基、炭素数7乃至20のアリールアルキル基、または炭素数7乃至20のアルコキシアリール基であり;
R3は炭素数1乃至20のアルキルシリル基であり;
Q1及びQ2は互いに同一であるか相違し、それぞれ独立的に水素、炭素数1乃至20のアルキル基またはハロゲンであり;
MはZr、Ti、またはHfである。
R4はハロゲンラジカル;またはハロゲンで置換または非置換された炭素数1乃至20のヒドロカルビルラジカルであり;
aは2以上の整数であり、
Dはアルミニウムまたはボロンであり;
R5はハロゲンラジカル;またはハロゲンで置換または非置換された炭素数1乃至20のヒドロカルビルラジカルであり、
Lは中性または陽イオン性ルイス塩基であり;
Hは水素原子であり;
Zは13族元素であり;
Aはそれぞれ独立的に1以上の水素原子価ハロゲン、炭素数1乃至20のヒドロカルビル、炭素数1乃至20のアルコキシ、またはフェノキシラジカルで置換された炭素数6乃至20のアリールまたは炭素数1乃至20のアルキルラジカルである。
R1及びR2は互いに同じであるか異なり、それぞれ独立的に水素、炭素数1乃至20のアルキル基、炭素数1乃至20のアルコキシ基、炭素数2乃至20のアルケニル基、炭素数6乃至20のアリール基、炭素数7乃至20のアルキルアリール基、炭素数7乃至20のアリールアルキル基、または炭素数7乃至20のアルコキシアリール基であり;
R3は炭素数1乃至20のアルキルシリル基であり;
Q1及びQ2は互いに同一であるか相違し、それぞれ独立的に水素、炭素数1乃至20のアルキル基またはハロゲンであり;
MはZr、Ti、またはHfである。
R4はハロゲンラジカル;またはハロゲンで置換または非置換された炭素数1乃至20のヒドロカルビルラジカルであり;
aは2以上の整数であり、
Dはアルミニウムまたはボロンであり;
R5はハロゲンラジカル;またはハロゲンで置換または非置換された炭素数1乃至20のヒドロカルビルラジカルであり、
Lは中性または陽イオン性ルイス塩基であり;
Hは水素原子であり;
Zは13族元素であり;
Aはそれぞれ独立的に1以上の水素原子価ハロゲン、炭素数1乃至20のヒドロカルビル、炭素数1乃至20のアルコキシ、またはフェノキシラジカルで置換された炭素数6乃至20のアリールまたは炭素数1乃至20のアルキルラジカルである。
ジアルキルアンモニウム塩の場合にはジ−(i−プロピル)アンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、ジシクロヘキシルアンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレートなどが例として挙げられ;
カルボニウム塩の場合にはトロピリウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、トリフェニルメチリウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、ベンゼン(ジアゾニウム)テトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレートなどが例として挙げられる。
[製造実施例1]
(2−(4−メチルフェニル)−4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロインデニル)(3−トリメチルシリルシクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジクロライドの製造
ビス(トリメチルシリル)シクロペンタジエンの合成
ジシクロペンタジエン(dicyclopentadiene)を160℃で分解してシクロペンタジエン(cyclopentadiene)を得た。1Lフラスコ(flask)に121mL(303mmol)のn−BuLi2.5Mヘキサン(hexane)を満たして−5℃まで冷却させた後、100mLのエーテル(ether)とシクロペンタジエン(20g、303mmol)を入れた。この混合物は18時間攪拌した後、真空蒸留を通じて溶媒と未反応物を除去した。容器に残留した生成物はエーテルで3回以上洗浄し真空乾燥する過程を通じて白色粉形態のシクロペンタジエンのリチウム塩(lithium salt)21.3g(296mmol)を得た。
ZrCl4(20.9g)を450mLのトルエンに入れて懸濁液(suspension)形態にした後、前記で製造したビス(トリメチルシリル)シクロペンタジエン(18.9g、90mmol)を入れた。反応混合物は徐々に加熱して100℃まで上げオーバーナイト(overnight)させた。反応が終わった後、アルゴン(Ar)下でろ過し、−30℃で保管して生成された固体を再びろ過して冷たいヘキサンで洗浄することによって白い固体形態の3−トリメチルシリルシクロペンタジエニルジルコニウムクロライド((3−trimethylsilyl cyclopentadienyl)zirconium chloride)18.3gを収得した(収率61%)。
12mmolの2−(4−メチルフェニル)−4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロインデンを40mLのエーテルに溶かした後、−20℃で4.8mLのn−BuLi(2.5M in hexane)を加えた。これを8時間常温で攪拌した後に減圧下で溶媒を除去し生成されたリチウム塩は60mLのトルエンを入れて懸濁液形態にした。ここに3.6g(0.9equiv)の前記で製造した3−トリメチルシリルシクロペンタジエニルジルコニウムクロライドを一度に入れ、混合物を100℃で維持しながらオーバーナイト(overnight)させた。
13C−NMR(CDCl3):0.08、21.22、22.09、24.61,29.70、108.73、117.63、124.90、125.18、126.17、128.33、129.79、131.13、132.57、137.68ppm。
(2−(4−メトキシフェニル)−4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロインデニル)(3−トリメチルシリルシクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジクロライドの合成
2−(4−メチルフェニル)−4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロインデンの代わりに2−(4−メトキシフェニル)−4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロインデンを使用することを除いては製造実施例1と同様な方法で製造実施例2のメタロセン化合物を収得した。
13C−NMR(CDCl3):0.50、21.72、24.14、54.72、111.02、111.34、117.30、120.77、122.64、124.62、127.34、128.46、132.21,155.27ppm。
(3−フェニル−4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロインデニル)(3−トリメチルシリルシクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジクロライドの合成
2−(4−メチルフェニル)−4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロインデンの代わりに3−フェニル−4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロインデンを使用することを除いては製造実施例1と同様な方法で製造実施例3のメタロセン化合物を収得した。
13C−NMR(CDCl3):0.00、21.39、22.75、25.18、108.18、110.87、113.35、119.15、121.65、124.54、125.52、127.43、127.62、128.78、132.06、134.04ppm。
(2−メチル−3−(4−メチルフェニル)−4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロインデニル)(3−トリメチルシリルシクロペンタジエニル)ジルコニウムジクロライドの合成
2−(4−メチルフェニル)−4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロインデンの代わりに2−メチル−3−(4−メチルフェニル)−4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロインデンを使用することを除いては製造実施例1と同様な方法で製造実施例4のメタロセン化合物を収得した。
13C−NMR(CDCl3):0.55、17.08、21.77、23.03、23.60、25.37、26.32、111.74、115.42、116.63、124.61,126.03、126.49、126.59、128.05、129.11,129.63、130.80、131.86、135.66、137.70ppm。
[実施例1]
300mL容量のボトル(bottle)の内部に少量のTMAが処方されている約180mLのトルエンを入れ5mLのMAO(10wt%トルエン)を加えた。別途に準備した100mLフラスコに20μmolの製造実施例1のメタロセン化合物11mgを入れ20mLのトルエンに溶解して5mLの触媒溶液をボトルに注入した。
製造実施例1のメタロセン化合物の代わりに製造実施例2のメタロセン化合物を使用したことを除いては実施例1と同様な方法でエチレン重合を実施した。
製造実施例1のメタロセン化合物の代わりに製造実施例3のメタロセン化合物を使用したことを除いては実施例1と同様な方法でエチレン重合を実施した。
製造実施例1のメタロセン化合物の代わりに製造実施例4のメタロセン化合物を使用したことを除いては実施例1と同様な方法でエチレン重合を実施した。
300mL容量のボトルの内部に少量のTMAが処方されている約180mLのトルエンを入れ5mLのMAO(10wt%トルエン)を加えた。別途に準備した100mLフラスコに20μmolの製造実施例1のメタロセン化合物11mgを入れ20mLのトルエンに溶解して5mLの触媒溶液をボトルに注入した。
製造実施例1のメタロセン化合物の代わりに製造実施例2のメタロセン化合物を使用したことを除いては実施例5と同様な方法でエチレン1−ヘキセン共重合を実施した。
製造実施例1のメタロセン化合物の代わりに製造実施例3のメタロセン化合物を使用したことを除いては実施例5と同様な方法でエチレン1−ヘキセン共重合を実施した。
製造実施例1のメタロセン化合物の代わりに製造実施例4のメタロセン化合物を使用したことを除いては実施例5と同様な方法でエチレン1−ヘキセン共重合を実施した。
前記実施例1乃至8から得られた重合体または共重合体の物性を評価して下記表1に示した。
Claims (4)
- 請求項1のメタロセン化合物;及び
下記の化学式2、化学式3、及び化学式4で示される化合物からなる群より選択された1種以上の助触媒化合物を含む触媒組成物:

上記化学式2で、
R4はハロゲンラジカル;またはハロゲンで置換または非置換された炭素数1乃至20のヒドロカルビルラジカルであり;
aは2以上の整数であり、

D(R5)3
上記化学式3で、
Dはアルミニウムまたはボロンであり;
R5はハロゲンラジカル;またはハロゲンで置換または非置換された炭素数1乃至20のヒドロカルビルラジカルであり、

[L−H]+[ZA4]-または[L]+[ZA4]-
上記化学式4で、
Lは中性または陽イオン性ルイス塩基であり;
Hは水素原子であり;
Zは13族元素であり;
Aはそれぞれ独立的に1以上の水素原子価ハロゲン、炭素数1乃至20のヒドロカルビル、炭素数1乃至20のアルコキシ、またはフェノキシラジカルで置換された炭素数6乃至20のアリールまたは炭素数1乃至20のアルキルラジカルである。 - 請求項2の触媒組成物の存在下で、オレフィン系単量体を重合する段階を含むオレフィン系重合体の製造方法。
- 前記オレフィン系単量体は、エチレン、プロピレン、1−ブテン、1−ペンテン、4−メチル−1−ペンテン、1−ヘキセン、1−ヘプテン、1−オクテン、1−デセン、1−ウンデセン、1−ドデセン、1−テトラデセン、1−ヘキサデセン、1−エイコセン、ノルボルネン、ノルボルナジエン、エチリデンノルボルネン、フェニルノルボルネン、ビニルノルボルネン、ジシクロペンタジエン、1,4−ブタジエン、1,5−ペンタジエン、1,6−ヘキサジエン、スチレン、アルファ−メチルスチレン、ジビニルベンゼン、及び3−クロロメチルスチレンからなる群より選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のオレフィン系重合体の製造方法。
