MPTMS(メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン)0.04molをTEOS(テトラエトキシシラン)0.02mol、MTEOS(メチルトリエトキシシラン)0.04と共に、パラトルイル酸0.125molを加えられた水で加水分解する。続いて、溶剤を回転蒸発器で除去する。

層厚変動は<3μmであった;白色LEDの光が均一に白く表示された。
CERAN HIGHTRANS eco(登録商標)タイプのけば付き暗色ガラスセラミック上にスクリーン印刷で、ポリウレタン樹脂(実施例1による)からなる平衡層を印刷し、続いて、熱硬化させた。層厚変動は<3μmであった。この平衡層の上に、塗料をスクリーン印刷法によって印刷したが、この塗料は、次の成分からなった。

Claims (22)
- 表側である表示側(11)および裏側である照明側(12)を有する透明着色ガラスセラミック(10)を備え、前記照明側(12)の領域に少なくとも1つの照明素子(50)が配置されている表示デバイスにおいて、前記ガラスセラミック(10)と前記照明素子(50)との間に、色補正フィルター(30)が配置されており、前記色補正フィルター(30)と前記ガラスセラミック(10)との間に、少なくとも部分透明な中間層(20)が配置されており、前記ガラスセラミック(10)が、420〜500nm、500〜620nmおよび550〜640nmの各スペクトル領域についてそれぞれ>0.2%の平均透過率を有するとともに、450〜600nmで平均<4%かつ400nmおよび700nmで<40%の最大透過率を有することで、前記照明素子(50)の色位置をシフトさせ、前記ガラスセラミック(10)によりシフトした色位置が、前記色補正フィルター(30)により所望の色位置に修正されるように構成されていることを特徴とする表示デバイス。
- 前記ガラスセラミック(10)が、420〜500nm、500〜620nmおよび550〜640nmの各スペクトル領域についてそれぞれ>0.4%の平均透過率を有し、400nmおよび700nmで<25%の最大透過率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記部分透明な中間層(20)が、前記色補正フィルター(30)を間接的または直接的に前記ガラスセラミック(10)に結合させていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記中間層(20)が、前記ガラスセラミック(10)および/または前記色補正フィルター(30)に面して、接着層を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記中間層(20)が接着テープであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記中間層(20)が、透明か、または着色されている接着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記ガラスセラミック(10)が、その照明側(12)の領域に少なくとも部分的に構造部(13)を備えていて、前記中間層(20)が、前記構造部(13)の上に施与されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記中間層(20)が、シリコーン材料、アクリレート材料、ポリウレタン樹脂材料、エポキシ材料、ゴム材料、ポリアミド材料、ポリイミド材料を有するか、もしくはそれらからなるか、または前述の材料の2種以上の混合物を有するか、もしくはそれらからなることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記ガラスセラミック(10)および前記中間層(20)の屈折率の差が最大20%であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記ガラスセラミック(10)および前記中間層(20)の屈折率の差が最大10%であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記色補正フィルター(30)および/または前記中間層(20)が1つまたは複数の層素子(31)を担持することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記色補正フィルター(30)が、色層でコーティングおよび/または着色されている平面素子として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記色補正フィルター(30)が、色層でコーティングおよび/または着色されているフィルム、マットまたは板として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記ガラスセラミック(10)が、その照明側(12)の領域に、平滑で、構造化されていない面を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記中間層(20)が個々の部分層素子から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記個々の部分層素子の少なくとも1つが、ドット形状、ストリップ形状、またはラスター形状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記中間層(20)および/または前記色補正フィルター(30)および/または前記ガラスセラミック(10)が、その照明側(12)の領域に、1つまたは複数のはめ込み部材もしくは支持部材(50)を担持することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記はめ込み部材もしくは支持部材(50)が、前記色補正フィルター(30)および/または電気的構成ユニットを担持していることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記電気的構成ユニットが、照明素子、回路基板およびセンサーから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記中間層(20)および/または前記色補正フィルター(30)が光散乱板を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記色補正フィルター(30)および/または前記中間層(20)および/または前記照明素子(50)と前記ガラスセラミック(10)との間に配置されているさらなる中間素子が、導電性導電路、スイッチ素子、電極およびセンサーから選択される電気的構成素子、または機能素子を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至20のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記着色中間層(20)および/または前記色補正フィルター(30)の層厚変動が、それぞれの層厚に対して最大25%であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至21のいずれか1項に記載の表示デバイス。
