Description
Claims (9)
- リアクトルと、前記リアクトルが取り付けられるベースと、を備えるリアクトルユニットであって、
前記ベースは、前記リアクトルの接合面に接合されるベース側接合面を有するとともに、前記ベース側接合面を含まない部分の厚さが前記ベース側接合面を含む部分の厚さよりも薄くなるように構成されており、
前記ベース側接合面を含む部分は、前記ベース側接合面を含まない部分を介して所定の外壁と連結されている、リアクトルユニット。 - 前記ベース側接合面を含まない部分には、補強部位が設けられている、請求項1に記載のリアクトルユニット。
- 前記ベースには、前記ベースを所定の構造体に固定するための固定ネジ部が設けられており、
前記補強部位は、前記固定ネジ部が設けられた部位とされる、請求項2に記載のリアクトルユニット。 - 前記ベースは、第一のリアクトルが取り付けられる第一のベース部と、第二のリアクトルが取り付けられる第二のベース部と、を有するとともに、前記第一及び第二のリアクトルに設けられた放熱部に接触する冷却媒体を流通させる流路部を介して、前記第一及び第二のベース部が連通接続されており、
前記補強部位は、前記流路部が設けられた部位とされる、請求項2に記載のリアクトルユニット。 - 前記補強部位には、リブが設けられており、
前記リブの高さは、前記ベース側接合面よりも低く設定されている、請求項2に記載のリアクトルユニット。 - 前記ベース側接合面を含む部分は、その厚さ方向両端に前記ベース接合面が形成されており、
前記ベース側接合面を含まない部分は、前記ベース側接合面を含む部分の厚さ方向略中央に連接されている、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のリアクトルユニット。 - スイッチング素子をさらに備える、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のリアクトルユニット。
- コンデンサをさらに備える、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のリアクトルユニット。
- 請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載のリアクトルユニットの製造方法であって、前記ベースの側面を肉抜きすることにより、前記ベース側接合面を含まない部分の厚さを前記ベース側接合面を含む部分の厚さよりも薄くする、リアクトルユニットの製造方法。
