Description
前記蒸着膜層が、珪素酸化物もしくは珪素酸化物と酸化錫の混合物からなることを特徴とするガスバリア積層フィルムである。
ガスバリア積層フィルムの作製及び評価は以下の方法に従って行った。
(1)プライマー層溶液の調液工程
ポリオールとしてヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート(HEMA)、メチルメタクリレート(MMA)、メタクリル酸(MAA)をモノマーとして共重合して得られたアクリルポリオール(重量平均分子量1×104)と、シランカップリング剤として3−イソシアネートプロピルトリエトキシシラン(KBE−9007、信越化学工業社製)とを表1に示す固形分比(重量比)になるようにメチルエチルケトン中で混合し、24時間攪拌し固形分濃度5重量%の溶液を作製した(溶液A)。固形分濃度5重量%に調整したイソシアネート系化合物であるHDIヌレート(スミジュールN3300、住化バイエルウレタン社製)のメチルエチルケトン溶液(溶液B)を作製し、溶液A:溶液B=70:30(重量比)となるように混合した。
樹脂基材に、片面がコロナ処理された厚さ12μmの二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(P60、東レフィルム加工社製)を使用し、コロナ処理面にグラビアコート機を用い上記プライマー層溶液を塗工、乾燥後の厚みが0.20μmのプライマー層を積層した。
(3)蒸着膜層の積層工程
元素比O/Siが1.5になるように金属珪素粉末および二酸化珪素粉末を混合した材料(A)、元素比O/Siが1.5になるように金属珪素粉末および二酸化珪素粉末を混合した材料に、金属錫粉末を20重量%混合した蒸着材料(B)をそれぞれ作製し、真空蒸着機を使用して、プライマー層の表面に厚さ0.05μmの蒸着膜層を積層し、目的のガスバリア積層フィルムを作製した。
(4)ガスバリア性被覆層溶液の調液工程
テトラエトキシシランを0.02mol/Lの塩酸で加水分解した溶液をけん化度99%、重合度2400のポリビニルアルコール樹脂(PVA)の5重量%水溶液に、重量比でSiO2/PVA=60/40となる割合で加え、ガスバリア性被覆層溶液とした。
(5)ガスバリア性被覆層溶液の塗工工程
無機酸化物蒸着層の表面に、グラビアコート機を用い、上記ガスバリア性被覆層溶液を塗工、乾燥後の厚みが0.40μmのガスバリア性皮膜層を積層した。
(6)ガスバリア積層フィルムへのラミネート樹脂層積層工程
ガスバリア性被覆層が積層されたガスバリア積層フィルムの両面に、5g/m2のポリウレタン系接着剤を介して厚さ50μmの耐加水分解ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(X10S、東レフィルム加工社製)をドライラミネート法により積層した。
(1)水蒸気透過度の測定
実施例1〜4および比較例1〜4の樹脂基材/プライマー層/蒸着膜層構成のガスバリア積層フィルムについて、モダンコントロール社製の水蒸気透過度計(MOCON PERMATRAN−W 3/31)により、40℃−90%RH雰囲気下での水蒸気透過度(g/m2/day)を測定した。
(2)光照射試験の実施
光照射試験は、ドライラミネートを行ったガスバリア積層フィルムから10mm巾に切り出した試験片をキセノンウェザーメーターにセットし、300−400nmの放射照度が60W/m2となる条件でキセノンランプを照射することにより行った。
(3)密着強度の測定
光照射試験実施中のサンプルを随時取り出し、テンシロン型万能試験機を使用し、JIS K6854の試験方法であるT時剥離試験及を行って、ラミネート強度(N/10mm巾)を測定し、光照射500時間を経過しても密着強度が1N/10mm巾を上回るサンプルを合格とした。

Claims (6)
- 樹脂基材とプライマー層と蒸着膜層とからなり、前記樹脂基材の少なくとも片面に前記プライマー層と前記蒸着膜層とがこの順に積層されてなるガスバリア積層フィルムであって、
前記プライマー層が、酸価が1mgKOH/g以上100mgKOH/g以下である酸性基を有するポリオールと、有機官能基を有するシランカップリング剤または前記シランカップリング剤の加水分解物と、イソシアネート系化合物との複合物によって形成されたものであり、
前記蒸着膜層が、珪素酸化物もしくは珪素酸化物と酸化錫の混合物からなることを特徴とするガスバリア積層フィルム。 - 前記シランカップリング剤が有する有機官能基が、イソシアネート基であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスバリア積層フィルム。
- 前記ポリオールが、メタクリル酸またはアクリル酸をモノマーとして構成されたアクリルポリオールであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガスバリア積層フィルム。
- 前記プライマー層の膜厚が、30nm以上200nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のガスバリア積層フィルム。
- 前記ポリオールが、ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートとメチルメタクリレートとメタクリル酸とを共重合した水酸基価130mgKOH/g以上200mgKOH/g以下のアクリルポリオールであり、
前記シランカップリング剤が、3−イソシアネートプロピルトリエトキシシランまたは3−イソシアネートプロピルトリメトキシシランであり、
前記イソシアネート系化合物が、一般式(O=C=N−(CH2)6−NCO)nで表されるヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのヌレート体(但し、nは3以上5以下の整数である。)であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のガスバリア積層フィルム。 - 前記蒸着膜層の表面に、水溶性高分子とアルコキシシランまたは前記アルコキシシランの加水分解物との複合物によって形成されたガスバリア性被覆層が設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のガスバリア積層フィルム。
