Description
<プライマー層溶液の調液1〜4>
ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート(HEMA)、メチルメタクリレート(MMA)、シクロヘキシルメタクリレート(CHMA)をモノマーとして共重合させて得られたアクリルポリオール(重量平均分子量10×103)を主剤とし、HDIヌレート型のイソシアネート系硬化剤を主剤のヒドロキシル基量に対して1当量配合したメチルエチルケトン5%溶液を調製した。なお、溶液1〜4に含まれる主剤の共重合比(モル%基準)とアクリルポリオールの水酸基価を表1に示す。
樹脂基材に、片面がコロナ処理された厚さ12μmの二軸延伸PETフィルム(東レフィルム加工、P60)を使用し、コロナ処理面にグラビアコート機を用い上記プライマー層溶液を塗工、乾燥後の厚みが0.17μmのプライマー層を積層した。
元素比O/Siが1.5になるように金属珪素粉末及び二酸化珪素粉末を混合した材料に、金属錫粉末を20重量%混合した蒸着材料(A)、及び元素比O/Siが1.5になるように金属珪素粉末及び二酸化珪素粉末を混合した材料(B)を作製し、真空蒸着機を使用して、プライマー層の上に厚さ0.05μmの蒸着膜層を積層し、目的のガスバリア積層フィルムを作製した。
実施例1〜6及び比較例1〜4のガスバリア積層フィルムについて、モダンコントロール社製の水蒸気透過度計(MOCON PERMATRAN−W 3/31)により、40℃−90%RH雰囲気下での水蒸気透過度(g/m2/day)を測定した。
評価結果を表2に示す。実施例1〜6はいずれも水蒸気透過度が1g/m2/day以下であった。それに対し、脂環構造を含有しないアクリルポリオールをプライマー層材料に用いた場合(比較例1及び2)、プライマー層を設けなかった場合(比較例3及び4)は、水蒸気透過度が1g/m2/dayを上回る結果となった。

Claims (4)
- 樹脂基材とプライマー層と蒸着膜層とからなり、前記樹脂基材の少なくとも片面に前記プライマー層と前記蒸着膜層とがこの順に積層されたガスバリア積層フィルムであって、
前記プライマー層が、脂環構造を有するモノマーの一部または全部がシクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレートであり、前記モノマーを10モル%以上80モル%以下の割合で重合してなるアクリルポリオールとイソシアネート系化合物との複合物からなり、前記蒸着膜層が、金属珪素と二酸化珪素とを含有し、あるいは金属珪素と酸化珪素と金属錫または酸化錫とを含有してなることを特徴とするガスバリア積層フィルム。 - 前記脂環構造を有するモノマーの水酸基価が20mgKOH/g以上300mgKOH/g以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスバリア性積層フィルム。
- 前記蒸着膜層の表面に、水溶性高分子とアルコキシシランまたはその加水分解生成物とを含有するコーティング液からなる薄膜の乾燥被膜であるガスバリア性被覆層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガスバリア積層フィルム。
- 樹脂基材の少なくとも片面にプライマー層と蒸着膜層とを順次積層してなるガスバリア積層フィルムの製造方法であって、
前記樹脂基材の少なくとも片面に水酸基価が20mgKOH/g以上300mgKOH/g以下である脂環構造を有するモノマーを10モル%以上80モル%以下の割合で重合させて得られたアクリルポリオールとイソシアネート系化合物との複合物を塗工してプライマー層を形成し、金属珪素と二酸化珪素とを含有した蒸着材料、あるいは金属珪素と酸化珪素と金属錫または酸化錫とを含有した蒸着材料を蒸着して蒸着膜層を形成することを特徴とするガスバリア積層フィルムの製造方法。
