Claims (7)
- 複数の面(20)(21)と電子回路(14)とを有するハウジング(9)を備える電磁アクチュエータであって、電子回路(14)は、ハウジング(9)の少なくとも2つの隣接する面(20)(21)に分散して配置されている少なくとも2つの回路部分(14a)(14b)に分割され、
前記各回路部分(14a)は、少なくとも1つの金属コネクタ(25a)を備え、金属コネクタ(25a)は、前記回路の別の部分(14b)の金属コネクタ(25b)に電気的および機械的に接続されるようになっており、これにより、電気接続部(24)が形成され、
各コネクタ(25a)(25b)は、実質的に平坦な電気接触表面と、前記接触表面を互いに堅固に連結するための手段とを備え、
コネクタ(25a、25b)は、可撓性脚部(32)を備えていることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 電気接続部(24)は、少なくとも2つの櫛片(26)(27)の歯を形成するように配置され、櫛片(26)(27)の前記歯は、オフセットされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記コネクタは、少なくとも前記電気的接触表面と脚部とを備え、前記脚部は、ブレード(30a、30b)を延在させて、ブレード(30a、30b)を回路部分(14a、14b)の一部に連結させていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- コネクタ(25a、25b)は、第1の回路部分(14a)のコネクタ(25a)のブレード(30a)が、第2の回路部分(14b)の少なくとも1つのブレード(30b)と平行になるように配置され、これにより、各ブレード(30)の前記接触表面が接触していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 第1の回路部分(14a)は、ハウジング(9)の上面(21)に取り付けられた第1支持部(17)の上に形成され、第2の回路部分(14b)は、ハウジング(9)の前面(20)に取り付けられた第2支持部(18)の上に形成され、
第1の回路部分(14a)のコネクタ(25a)は、ハウジング(9)の上面(21)に対して直交するブレード(30a)を備え、第2の回路部分(14b)のコネクタ(25b)のブレード(30b)は、ハウジング(9)の前面(20)と平行をなしていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のアクチュエータ。 - コネクタ(25a、25b)は、溶接により接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- コネクタ(25a、25b)は、機械的手段によって接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータ。
