Claims (14)

  1. 内燃機関用のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）であって、
    エンジンシリンダ（１７）と相互に接続される下端部（１３）と、上端部（１５）と、吸気弁並びに排気弁（３２）を収容する第１の収容手段（２８，３０）と、吸気弁用プッシュロッド並びに排気弁用プッシュロッド（７２）を収容する第２の収容手段（７０）とを含んでいる鋳造部材（１２）と、
    前記鋳造部材（１２）の上端部（１５）と相互に接続される平坦な部材（１４）であって、前記吸気弁用プッシュロッド並びに排気弁用プッシュロッド（７２）を収容する第４の収容手段（９０，８２）を含んでいる前記平坦な部材（１４）と、を備えたシリンダヘッド・アセンブリにおいて、
    前記平坦な部材（１４）は前記吸気弁並びに排気弁（３２）を収容する第３の収容手段（１００，１０２）を備え、
    少なくとも一つのロッカースタッド（７９）が前記平坦な部材に固定されている、ことを特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  2. 請求項１に記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、更に、前記鋳造部材とは反対側の前記平坦な部材の側部に設けられたヘッドカバー（１６）を備えること、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  3. 請求項１又は２に記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、
    前記鋳造部材（１２）は、更に、前記第１の収容手段（２８，３０）と前記第２の収容手段（７０）との間に設けられた少なくとも１つの冷却フィン（６８）を備えること、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  4. 請求項１、２，３のいずれかに記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、前記第１の収容手段（２８，３０）は排気弁ガイド（３４）を含むこと、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  5. 請求項１、２，３，４のいずれかに記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、
    前記第２の収容手段（７０）は、前記吸気弁用プッシュロッド及び排気弁用プッシュロッド（７２）を収容する少なくとも１つの鋳造ポケット（７０）を含むこと、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  6. 請求項１ないし５のいずれかに記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、
    前記第３の収容手段（１００，１０２）は、前記吸気弁を収容する第１の開口（１００）と、前記排気弁を収容する第２の開口（１０２）とを含むこと、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  7. 請求項１ないし６のいずれかに記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、
    前記第４の収容手段（９０，８２）は、前記吸気弁用プッシュロッドを収容する第１の開口（９０）と、前記排気弁用プッシュロッド（７２）を収容する第２の開口（８２）とを含むこと、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  8. 請求項７に記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、
    前記第４の収容手段（９０，８２）は、更に、前記第１の開口（９０）の中に設けられた第１のガイド部材（８８）と、前記第２の開口（８２）の中に設けられた第２のガイド部材（８０）とを含むこと、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  9. 請求項１ないし８のいずれかに記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、前記平坦な部材は金属板を含むこと、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  10. 請求項１ないし９のいずれかに記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、前記平坦な部材（１４）は射出成形された部品を含むこと、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  11. 請求項１ないし１０のいずれかに記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、
    前記第１の収容手段（２８，３０）は、前記吸気弁を収容する第１の開口と、前記排気弁を収容する第２の開口とを含んでおり、
    前記第２の収容手段（７０）は、前記吸気弁用プッシュロッドを収容する第３の開口と、前記排気弁用プッシュロッド（７２）を収容する第４の開口とを含むこと、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  12. 請求項１ないし１１のいずれかに記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、
    前記平坦な部材（１４）は、吸気弁戻しバネ（１０４）を位置決めする吸気弁スプリング・ロケータ（９６）と、排気弁戻しバネ（１０４）を位置決めする排気弁スプリング・ロケータ（９８）とを含むこと、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  13. 請求項１２に記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、前記平坦な部材（１４）は、前記ロッカースタッド（７９）を収容する開口（７４，７６）を含むこと、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
  14. 請求項１ないし１３のいずれかに記載のシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ（１０）において、前記鋳造部材（１２）は、更に、鋳造された吸気マニホルド（２４）と、鋳造された排気マニホルド（２６）とを含むこと、を特徴とするシリンダヘッド・アセンブリ。
