Description
図1〜図4を参照して、本発明の感温アクチュエータ取付構造の第1実施形態について、自動チョーク装置を被取付部材として説明する。図1に示す自動チョーク装置1は、図外の汎用エンジン等に設けられた気化器に取り付けられるものであり、ピストン21を突出自在な感温アクチュエータ2と、吸気道31を閉塞自在なバタフライ型のチョーク弁32とを備える。感温アクチュエータ2のピストン21が突出すると、リンク機構33を介してチョーク弁32が開弁される。
次に、図5〜図9を参照して、本発明の感温アクチュエータ取付構造の第2実施形態について説明する。第2実施形態の感温アクチュエータ2も第1実施形態と同様に被取付部材たる自動チョーク装置1に取り付けられるものであり、第1実施形態と同一の構成については、同一の符号を付すと共にその説明を省略する。
第3実施形態として、図7に示すように、受入部14,15をスリット状に形成し、固定用突部41a,42aを単純に受入部14,15に圧入して固定するように構成してもよい。第3実施形態の受入部14,15には、第2実施形態の凹部14a,15aは形成されない。
Claims (1)
- 通電用端子を介して通電されることにより発熱する発熱体と、該発熱体の発熱により膨張するワックスと、該ワックスの膨張により突出するピストンと、該ピストンを非突出側に付勢する弾性部材とを有する感温アクチュエータを、被取付部材に取り付ける取付構造において、
前記感温アクチュエータの通電用端子に固定用突部が設けられ、
前記被取付部材には、前記固定用突部を前記ピストンの軸に直交する直交方向から受け入れ自在な受入部が設けられ、
該受入部に前記固定用突部が受け入れられることにより前記感温アクチュエータが固定され、
前記受入部には、前記弾性部材の付勢方向に向って凹む凹部が形成され、
前記固定用突部は、前記弾性部材の付勢力により、前記凹部に押し付けられて固定されることを特徴とする感温アクチュエータ取付構造。
