Claims (5)
- 走行レール(12)と、前記走行レール(12)に移動可能な状態で載置された走行台車(14)とを有するリニアガイド(10)であって、前記走行台車(14)は少なくとも2本の転動体溝(16、18)を含み、複数の転動体が、前記2本の転動体溝(16、18)の各々に挿入されており、
前記2つの転動体溝(16、18)の各々が、荷重溝(16’、18’)と、前記荷重溝(16’、18’)と平行に配列された戻り溝(16”、18”)と、前記荷重溝(16’、18’)の端部と前記戻り溝(16”、18”)の端部を個々に接続している2本の偏向溝から構成されることで、前記転動体が前記転動体溝(16、18)の各々を永続的に循環するように導かれ、前記少なくとも2本の転動体溝(16、18)が、前記走行台車(14)上に対向するように配置されることで、前記走行台車(14)が前記走行レール(12)に沿って導かれる際に、前記荷重溝(16’、18’)内を導かれる前記転動体がそれぞれ、前記走行レール(12)の長手方向に延伸する2本の荷重トラック(12’、12”)の一方を転動するようになっており、
前記リニアガイド(10)は、少なくとも1つの潤滑剤吸収部材(20)を備えた潤滑装置を具備し、
前記潤滑剤吸収部材(20)は、U字形状であり、基部(22)と、前記基部(22)から突き出た2本のアーム(24’、24”)を備え、走行台車(14)の表面と前記2つの転動体溝(16,18)との間に延びる、前記潤滑剤吸収部材(20)の受け部において、前記走行台車(14)に着脱可能に取り付けられていることで、前記潤滑剤吸収部材(20)が、前記走行台車(14)に適用される場合に、前記荷重溝(16’、18’)内を導かれる前記転動体と直接接触するようになっており、前記アーム(24’、24”)の端面が前記荷重溝(16’、18’)内を導かれる前記転動体と接触し、
前記潤滑剤吸収部材(20)は前記走行台車(14)に適用できるよう前記受け部に挿入可能であり、
前記潤滑剤吸収部材(20)の表面に、少なくとも部分的に、前記走行台車(14)の前記受け部の表面に作用する弾性力によって圧力が加わり、前記潤滑剤吸収部材(20)が、前記受け部において前記転動体と前記走行台車(14)の表面との間に強固にクランプされ保持され、
前記潤滑剤吸収部材(20)の前記基部(22)が上向きに湾曲した部分を有し、前記作用する力は、前記基部(22)を平面にするために前記湾曲した部分に適用される力とは反対方向のバネ力であることを特徴とする、リニアガイド。 - 前記走行台車(14)の長手方向端部にそれぞれ適用可能な2つのカバープレートをさらに備え、前記カバープレートは、前記潤滑剤吸収部材(20)が前記走行台車(14)の前記長手方向端部を越えて同方向に変位するのを防止するような構造とされている、請求項1に記載のリニアガイド(10)。
- 前記カバープレートが各々、前記走行レール(12)上の走行領域を封止するように囲む可撓性の封止縁を有している、請求項2に記載のリニアガイド(10)。
- 前記潤滑剤吸収部材(20)が、1種類の潤滑剤吸収材か、複数の潤滑剤吸収材の組合せによって構成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のリニアガイド(10)。
- 前記潤滑剤吸収部材(20)が、1種類の耐磨耗性材料か、または、複数の耐磨耗性材料の組合せによって構成されている、請求項4に記載のリニアガイド(10)。
