Description

Claims (31)
- 粘着性及び/または高付着性高分子含有配合物を少なくともペレットの乾燥から袋詰めまで連続的に袋詰めするためのシステムであり、
粘着性及び/または高付着性高分子含有配合物を受け入れる供給セクションと、
供給セクションから粘着性及び/または高付着性高分子含有配合物を受け入れ、それを混合、溶融、及び/または混合する混合セクションと、
混合セクションから粘着性及び/または高付着性高分子含有配合物を受け入れ、それをペレット化するペレット化セクションと、
ペレット化セクションから粘着性及び/または高付着性高分子含有配合物を受け入れ、それを乾燥する乾燥セクションと、
乾燥セクションから、連続して流入するペレットを受け入れる入口と、連続して流出するペレットを連続して分配する少なくとも第一及び第二の出口と、を具備し、連続して流入するペレットの流路を第一の出口または第二の出口に連続して切り換えるペレット分岐バルブと、
ペレット分岐バルブと接続し、第一の所定時間間隔を計算するように構成されたコントローラと、
ペレット分岐バルブの少なくとも第一及び第二の出口とそれぞれ連通し、ペレット分岐バルブから所定量のペレットを受け入れ、ペレットの連続的な袋詰めをする少なくとも第一及び第二の袋詰めアセンブリと、を備え、
コントローラが、第一の所定時間間隔に基づいて、ペレット分岐バルブに、ペレットの流路を第一の出口から第二の出口へ切り換える信号を送る

請求項4に記載の粘着性及び/または高付着性高分子含有配合物を連続的に袋詰めするシステム。 - 粘着性及び/または高付着性高分子含有配合物を少なくともペレットの乾燥から袋詰めまで連続的に袋詰めするための方法であり、
粘着性及び/または高付着性高分子含有配合物を供給セクションに供給する工程と、
混合セクションで、粘着性及び/または高付着性高分子含有配合物を混合、溶融及び/または混合する工程と、
ペレット化セクションで、混合、溶融及び/または混合した粘着性及び/または高付着性高分子含有配合物をペレット化する工程と、
乾燥セクションで、粘着性及び/または高付着性高分子含有配合物のペレットを乾燥する工程と、
所定量のペレットの流れを生じる所定時間間隔に基づいて、ペレット分岐バルブを切り換え、ペレット分岐バルブの少なくとも第一及び第二の出口のうちの1つを通してペレットを連続して流し、所定量のペレットを連続して分流させる工程と、
ペレット分岐バルブの少なくとも第一の出口及び第二の出口に位置する袋詰めアセンブリを使用して、袋の特定量のペレットを連続的に回収する工程と、を含む

特定量のペレットを受け入れる入口と、特定量のペレットを分配する出口と、を有する垂直成形チューブと、

袋詰め材料を、特定量のペレットを収容するための個々の袋に密封する封止機構と、を備える
