Description
以下、本発明による接線方向すくい上げ方式・内部循環式ボールねじを図面に基づいて説明する。
図1、図2、図4から図8に示すように、本発明の第1実施形態による接線方向すくい上げ方式・内部循環式ボールねじ10は、ナット20、ねじシャフト30、二つの回流ユニット40および複数のボール50を備える。
図3に示したのは本発明の第2実施形態である。第一実施形態との違いは次の通りである。第2実施形態はねじシャフト30の外周に余分なねじ溝37、38を配置せず、ねじシャフト30の両端の表面に外側円柱面31を形成する。

Claims (4)
- ナット、ねじシャフト、二つの回流ユニットおよび複数のボールを備え、
前記ナットは、内周にねじ溝を有し、
前記ねじシャフトは、回転可能なように前記ナットに差し込まれ、軸方向に形成された回流通路と、外周に形成されたねじ溝および二つの相対する格納溝とを有し、
前記ねじシャフトの前記ねじ溝と前記ナットの前記ねじ溝とは相互に対応し、らせん状通路を形成し、
前記ねじシャフトの前記格納溝は、前記ねじシャフトの径方向に沿って前記ねじシャフトの前記ねじ溝から前記回流通路に伸びて繋がり、
前記回流ユニットは、前記ねじシャフトの前記格納溝に格納され、転向通路を有し、前記転向通路は一端が前記らせん状通路に繋がり、他端が前記ねじシャフトの前記回流通路に繋がり、
前記ボールは、前記らせん状通路、前記転向通路および前記回流通路を転動できるように配置され、
前記転向通路は、第一回流径路および第二回流径路を有し、前記第一回流径路と前記第二回流径路とは一端が相互に繋がり、前記第一回流径路の他端と前記第二回流径路の他端とはそれぞれ前記らせん状通路と前記ねじシャフトの回流通路に繋がり、
前記第一回流通路は半円形を呈することを特徴とする接線方向すくい上げ方式・内部循環式ボールねじ。 - 前記第一回流径路と前記第二回流径路とはそれぞれの接線方向に接続され、前記第一回流径路と前記らせん状通路とはそれぞれの接線方向に接続され、前記第二回流径路と前記らせん状通路とはそれぞれの接線方向に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接線方向すくい上げ方式・内部循環式ボールねじ。
- 前記第一回流径路は、仮説の第一径路センターラインを有し、前記第一径路センターラインは曲率半径、即ち第一曲率半径が前記ボールの直径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接線方向すくい上げ方式・内部循環式ボールねじ。
- 前記第二回流径路は、仮説の第二径路センターラインを有し、前記第二径路センターラインは曲率半径、即ち第二曲率半径が前記ボールの直径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接線方向すくい上げ方式・内部循環式ボールねじ。
