Description
Claims (7)
- 燃焼機関(12)によって直接駆動される入力軸(20)と、
ポンプロータ(19)を有する圧送ユニット(18)と、
前記入力軸(20)及び前記ポンプロータ(19)の間にある磁気粘性式多板クラッチ(16)であって、該クラッチ(16)は、少なくとも2枚の半径方向入力クラッチディスク(62)及び少なくとも2枚の半径方向出力クラッチディスク(64)を備え、該クラッチディスク(62,64)の間には、磁気粘性クラッチ液体(28)によって充填された、少なくとも2つの半径方向のクラッチ液体間隙(66)が形成されている、磁気粘性式多板クラッチ(16)と、
係合位置と分離位置との間を移動可能な永久磁石要素(32)であって、前記係合位置において、前記永久磁石要素の磁界は、相対的に大きい磁束でもって前記クラッチ液体間隙(66)を貫通し、前記分離位置において、前記クラッチ液体間隙(66)を貫通する前記永久磁石要素の磁界の磁束は、前記係合位置における磁束よりも小さい、移動可能な永久磁石要素(32)と、
前記永久磁石要素(32)を、前記係合位置と前記分離位置との間で移動させるためのアクチュエータ(42)と、
を備え、
前記クラッチディスク(62,64)の半径方向内側に磁石用チャンバー(22)が設けられており、
前記永久磁石要素(32)は、前記磁石用チャンバー(22)内に、前記係合位置と前記分離位置との間を移動可能に設けられていることを特徴とする燃焼機関によって駆動される機械式流体ポンプ(10)。 - 前記永久磁石要素(32)は軸線方向に移動可能に設けられている、請求項1記載の燃焼機関によって駆動される機械式流体ポンプ(10)。
- 前記永久磁石要素(32)は、受動的なプリテンション要素(44)によって、前記係合位置へと予めテンションをかけられている、請求項1又は2記載の燃焼機関によって駆動される機械式流体ポンプ(10)。
- 前記クラッチ液体間隙(66)の半径方向平面は、前記係合位置において、前記永久磁石要素(32)と交差している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼機関によって駆動される機械式流体ポンプ(10)。
- 前記クラッチ液体間隙(66)の平面と交差している、前記磁石用チャンバーの壁(25)の長手方向係合区分(24)は、非強磁性材料から形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼機関によって駆動される機械式流体ポンプ(10)。
- 前記磁石用チャンバーの壁(27)の長手方向分離区分(26)は強磁性材料から形成されており、これにより、前記永久磁石要素(32)の分離位置において、前記クラッチ液体間隙(66)における前記永久磁石要素(32)の磁界を遮蔽している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼機関によって駆動される機械式流体ポンプ(10)。
- 前記アクチュエータは負圧アクチュエータ(42)である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼機関によって駆動される機械式流体ポンプ(10)。
