Description
Claims (5)
- 機械的な燃焼機関駆動式流体ポンプ(10)において、
燃焼機関(12)によって直接に駆動される入力軸(20)と、
ポンプロータ(19)を備えたポンピングユニット(18)と、
前記入力軸(20)と前記ポンプロータ(19)との間のクラッチ(16)であって、該クラッチ(16)は、2つのクラッチボディ(22,24)の間の流体間隙(26)と、シフト可能な永久磁石素子(30)とを有する磁気粘性クラッチ(16)であり、前記流体間隙(26)は、磁気粘性流体(28)で満たされており、前記永久磁石素子(30)は、前記永久磁石素子の磁界が高い磁束で前記間隙(26)を透過する係合位置と、前記磁石素子の磁界透過束が係合位置におけるものよりも小さい解離位置との間をシフト可能である、クラッチ(16)と、
前記永久磁石素子(30)を係合位置と解離位置との間で移動させるためのアクチュエータ(42)を備えており、前記クラッチボディ(22,24)は、カップ形であり、かつそれらの間にカップ形の間隙(26)を形成しており、係合位置における前記永久磁石素子(30)は、前記カップ形の間隙(26)によって形成されたカップ形のキャビティ(27)の内部に位置決めされていることを特徴とする、機械的な燃焼機関駆動式流体ポンプ(10)。 - 前記永久磁石素子(30)は、軸方向にシフト可能である、請求項1記載の機械的な燃焼機関駆動式流体ポンプ(10)。
- 前記永久磁石素子(30)は、受動的な付勢素子(44)によって係合位置へ付勢されている、請求項1又は2記載の機械的な燃焼機関駆動式流体ポンプ(10)。
- 前記アクチュエータ(42)は、電磁アクチュエータである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の機械的な燃焼機関駆動式流体ポンプ(10)。
- 前記アクチュエータは、真空アクチュエータである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の機械的な燃焼機関駆動式流体ポンプ(10)。
