Claims (6)
- エンジンからの動力を第1電動機及び出力回転部材へ分配する差動機構と前記出力回転部材に動力伝達可能に連結された第2電動機とを有し、前記第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記差動機構の差動状態が制御される電気式差動部を備えるハイブリッド車両において、前記エンジンを回転停止する際は前記第1電動機により前記エンジンの回転速度を引き下げる為のエンジン引き下げトルクを付与する、ハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記エンジンを回転停止する際に前記第1電動機により付与する前記エンジン引き下げトルクを所定エンジン引き下げトルクとすると、前記エンジンを回転停止する過渡中に前記第2電動機の出力トルクが零を挟む零近傍の負値の閾値と正値の閾値との間の所定トルク範囲に入る場合には、前記エンジン引き下げトルクを前記所定エンジン引き下げトルクから変更するものであり、
前記エンジンを回転停止する過渡中に前記第2電動機の出力トルクが前記所定トルク範囲に入る場合に、
前記第2電動機の出力トルクが前記所定トルク範囲の正値の閾値に近い場合には、前記所定エンジン引き下げトルクを減少するように変更し、
前記第2電動機の出力トルクが前記所定トルク範囲の負値の閾値に近い場合には、前記所定エンジン引き下げトルクを増加するように変更することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記エンジンを回転停止する過渡中は、前記過渡中でないときと比べて、アクセル操作に対する駆動要求量の変動を緩やかにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記エンジンを回転停止する過渡中に前記第2電動機の出力トルクが前記所定トルク範囲に入る方向へ変化するように駆動要求量が変化した場合には、前記第2電動機の出力トルクが前記所定トルク範囲から離れる方向へ変化するように、前記第1電動機により付与中の前記エンジン引き下げトルクを変更することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記エンジン引き下げトルクを前記所定エンジン引き下げトルクから変更する場合には、前記第2電動機の出力トルクを前記所定トルク範囲に滞留させてしまう前記所定エンジン引き下げトルクの一定値に対して、複数種類の変更値を持つように変更することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記所定エンジン引き下げトルクは、前記第1電動機により前記エンジンの回転速度を引き下げるときの変化勾配が最適な変化勾配となるように予め定められた適合値であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記所定トルク範囲は、前記電気式差動部にて歯打ち音が発生し易い前記第2電動機の出力トルクの範囲として予め定められた歯打ち音発生領域であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
