Claims (8)
- 配列番号1のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号2のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号3のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブを含む、ラクトバチルス・コリノイデス(Lactobacillus collinoides)及びラクトバチルス・パラコリノイデス(Lactobacillus paracollinoides)から選択される1又は複数の微生物の特異的な検出のための核酸集団。
- 請求項1に記載の核酸集団を含むアッセイキット。
- 支持体上に固定化された請求項1に記載の核酸集団を含む支持体。
- 検出可能な標識をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の支持体。
- 食品中の1又は複数の微生物の存在を検出するための方法であって、
(a)食品から単離された微生物核酸を含む少なくとも1つの試験サンプルを得るステップ、
(b)請求項1に記載の核酸集団、又は請求項3若しくは4に記載の核酸を含む支持体を、該核酸と前記微生物核酸との間で複合体が形成されるのを可能にする条件下で前記少なくとも1つの試験サンプルと接触させるステップ、及び
(c)前記複合体を検出するステップ
を含み、
前記1又は複数の微生物は、ラクトバチルス・コリノイデス(Lactobacillus collinoides)及びラクトバチルス・パラコリノイデス(Lactobacillus paracollinoides)から選択される1又は複数の微生物である、
方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの試験サンプル中の複合体の量を、微生物核酸を欠くネガティブサンプルからの複合体の量と比較するステップをさらに含み、該ステップにおいて、前記少なくとも1つの試験サンプルからの複合体の量の増加は1又は複数の微生物の存在を示す、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 食品が飲料である、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
