Description
本発明は、「太陽光発電(Solaire Photovoltaique)」というプログラムの下でPOLYSIVERREプロジェクトに関する助成ANR−07−PSPV−004−05の下での「フランス国立研究機構」からの助成金により一部が資金供給された。
0.1〜2(好ましくは、0.15〜0.8)%のSnO2、
2〜4(好ましくは2〜3)%のTiO2、
3〜4.5%のZrO2、および
100ppm未満のFe2O3。
150分間で800℃に加熱;
120分間に亘り800℃を維持;
40分間で1000℃に加熱;
240分間に亘り1000℃を維持。
1550℃に予熱した炉に導入;
30分間に亘り1550℃を維持;
温度を、10℃/分で試験温度まで低下させる;
17時間に亘り試験温度を維持;
サンプルの空気焼き入れ。
Claims (3)
- 主結晶相としてスピネル固溶体を含有する透明ガラスセラミック材料であって、
避けられない微量を除いて、B2O3、As2O3およびSb2O3を含まず、酸化物の質量パーセントで表して、45〜65%のSiO 2 、14〜28%のAl 2 O 3 、4〜13%のZnO、2.50〜8%のMgO、2.12〜8%のBaO、0.1〜2%のSnO 2 、2〜4%のTiO 2 、3〜4.5%のZrO 2 、および100ppm未満のFe 2 O 3 から実質的になり、ZnO+MgO≧8%である組成を有するガラスセラミック材料。 - 前記組成中、酸化物の質量パーセントで表して、SnO2 の含有量が0.15〜0.8%、またはTiO2 の含有量が2〜3%、またはその両方である、請求項1記載のガラスセラミック材料。
- 前記組成が80ppm未満のFe2O3を含む、請求項1記載のガラスセラミック材料。
