Claims (1)
- 車両に用いられるアルミ製ステアリングナックルであって、
略円形空洞と、当該略円形空洞の周囲に配置される複数のボルト孔とを有することで、車輪支持体の取り付け箇所となる本体部と、
前記本体部の上方に設けられてダンパーに連結されるダンパー連結部と、
前記本体部の下方に設けられてロワアームに連結されるロワアーム連結部と、
前記本体部から車両前後方向のいずれか一方に伸びて形成されるアームの先端に設けられてタイロッドに連結されるタイロッド連結部と、
前記本体部から車両前後方向のいずれか他方に形成されてブレーキキャリパーが設置されるブレーキキャリパー設置部と、
を備え、さらに、
前記複数のボルト孔の周囲を取り囲むように設置されるとともに車両本体側に立設して設けられる壁面を有し、
前記壁面が、隣り合う前記ボルト孔同士を直線的につなぐように形成されるとともに、立設する当該壁面の高さが壁面全周において略同一に形成され、
前記ダンパー連結部、前記タイロッド連結部及び前記本体部の間には、リブが形成されており、
当該リブの外郭形状が、前記ダンパー連結部と前記タイロッド連結部とを直線的に結ぶような稜線を描いて形成され、
前記ダンパー連結部、前記ブレーキキャリパー設置部及び前記本体部の間には、別のリブが形成されており、
当該別のリブの外郭形状が、前記ダンパー連結部と前記ブレーキキャリパー設置部とを直線的に結ぶような稜線を描いて形成され、
前記ダンパー連結部は、上下方向に延びた形状を有しており、前記リブと前記別のリブの配置位置が、前記ダンパー連結部を基準としたときに、車両の前後方向の位置に相当する位置で配置されるとともに、前記リブと前記別のリブが車両の前後方向で略前後対称形状となるように構成されていることを特徴とするアルミ製ステアリングナックル。
