Description
a 遠隔エンドであって、
i 前面と、後面と、腹面と、背面と、2つの側面とを有する本体と、
ii 導管の内面に係合するための、本体の側面のうち少なくとも1つから突出する少なくとも1つのキャリッジアセンブリと、
iii 本体の前面の前方を表示するための、本体の前面に配置された長手方向カメラと、
iv 導管の内面を表示するように位置決めされた、本体の腹面に配置された横方向カメラと、
v 導管の内部で進んだ距離を測定するエンコーダとを有する遠隔エンドと、
b 遠隔エンドに取り付けられ、遠隔エンドが導管に沿って移動することを可能にする可撓プッシュロッドと、
c 遠隔エンドからの画像を、受け取り、処理し、保管し、かつ分析し、ならびに外観検査システムを制御するように構成された制御装置と、
d 遠隔エンドを制御装置に接続するケーブルとを備える遠隔外観検査システムとして具現化しても良い。
a 内面に沿って進み、遠隔エンドを安定させる、少なくとも1つのバネ付きのキャリッジアセンブリを有する遠隔エンドを提供するステップと、
b 導管内で位置を測定するステップと、
c 導管内の多様な位置において、導管の内部の長手方向画像を取得するステップと、
d 導管内の多様な位置において、導管の内部の横方向画像を取得するステップと、
e 導管の内部の長手方向画像または横方向画像のうち少なくとも1つを、それらの各位置に関連付けるステップと、
f 導管内の所与の位置の長手方向画像および横方向画像のうち少なくとも1つを表示するステップとを含む、遠隔導管の内面を外観検査するための方法として具現化しても良い。
プッシュロッドは、該プッシュロッドに回転力を加え、該回転力を加えることによって前記遠隔エンドを前記導管に関して回転させるための装置を備えてもよい。
また、遠隔エンドの配向を鉛直方向に関して調整するために、遠隔エンドを回転させることができる配向調整装置を備えることができ、この配向調整装置は、プッシュロッドに取り付けられているハンドルとすることができ、該ハンドルが回転すると、遠隔エンドの配向を変わる。

Claims (6)
- 伸長導管の内面を外観検査するための遠隔外観検査システムであって、
a 遠隔エンドであって、該遠隔エンドは、
i 前面と、後面と、腹面と、背面と、2つの側面とを有する本体と、
ii 前記導管の前記内面に係合するための、前記本体の前記側面うち少なくとも1つから突出する少なくとも1つのキャリッジアセンブリと、
iii 前記本体の前記前面の前方を表示するための、前記本体の前記前面に配置される長手方向カメラと、
iv 前記導管の前記内面を表示するように位置決めされる、前記本体の前記腹面に配置される横方向カメラと、
v 前記導管の内部で進んだ距離を測定するエンコーダとを有する、
前記遠隔エンドと、
b 前記遠隔エンドに取り付けられ、前記遠隔エンドが前記導管に沿って移動することを可能にする可撓プッシュロッドと、
c 前記遠隔エンドからの画像を、受け取り、処理し、保管し、かつ分析し、ならびに前記外観検査システムを制御するように構成される制御装置と、
d 前記遠隔エンドを前記制御装置に接続するケーブルと、
e 前記遠隔エンドの配向を鉛直方向に関して調整するために前記遠隔エンドを回転させることができる配向調整装置とを備え、前記配向調整装置は、前記プッシュロッドに関して前記遠隔エンドを回転させることができるモータを含む、ことを特徴とする遠隔外観検査システム。 - 前記導管の前記内面を照らすように位置決めされる少なくとも1つの横方向光源をさらに備える、請求項1記載の遠隔外観検査システム。
- 前記本体の前方の領域を照らすように位置決めされる、少なくとも1つの長手方向光源をさらに備える、請求項1記載の遠隔外観検査システム。
- 前記遠隔エンドの配向を、鉛直方向に関して特定するための配向検知装置をさらに備える、請求項1記載の遠隔外観検査システム。
- 前記長手方向カメラおよび前記横方向カメラが、前記制御装置に画像を提供し、該制御装置が、前記導管内における長手方向および横方向の同時視野を作成する、請求項1記載の遠隔外観検査システム。
- 前記遠隔エンドの配向を鉛直方向に関して判定し、かつ前記制御装置に情報を提供する配向検知装置をさらに備える、請求項1記載の遠隔外観検査システム。
