Description
(実施例1)
金属材料重量比で銀含有量25重量%とパラジウム含有量75重量%とし、銀とパラジウムとの合計重量100重量部に対して、ガラス成分を3.4重量部含有する複数状の電極を、アルミナ基板の上にスクリーン印刷法にて印刷し、乾燥、焼成工程を経て形成した。焼成工程は850℃で10分間行った。各電極の形状は幅約0.2mm、長さ約5mmであり、これらを櫛歯状に約50本円弧状に併設した。続いて、各電極の長さ方向の片側に、酸化ルテニウムとガラスを主成分とする抵抗体を帯状に印刷、焼成を経て形成した。一方、銅ニッケルを台座とし、電極と接触する側に厚さ0.2mmのパラジウム80重量%とニッケル20重量%含有する摺動接点を溶接にて接合した。
金属材料重量比で銀含有量45重量%とパラジウム含有量55重量%とし、銀とパラジウムとの合計重量100重量部に対して、ガラス成分を3.4重量部含有する複数状の電極を、アルミナ基板の上にスクリーン印刷法にて印刷し、乾燥、焼成工程を経て形成した。焼成工程は850℃で10分間行った。各電極の形状は幅約0.2mm、長さ約5mmであり、これらを櫛歯状に約50本円弧状に併設した。続いて、各電極の長さ方向の片側に、酸化ルテニウムとガラスを主成分とする抵抗体を帯状に印刷、焼成を経て形成した。一方、銅ニッケルを台座とし、電極と接触する側に厚さ0.2mmのパラジウム100%の摺動接点を溶接にて接合した。

Claims (1)
- 車両の燃料タンク内に配設され、液体燃料の液面に追従して変動するフロートと、該フロートの動きに連動して摺動する摺動接点と、該摺動接点が接触する複数条の電極とを備える摺動式液面検出装置において、
前記電極は、ガラス成分を含む銀−パラジウム合金により形成され、
前記摺動接点は、パラジウム−ニッケル合金により形成されており、
前記電極において、前記銀−パラジウム合金中の銀含有量が20〜60重量%、パラジウム含有量が80〜40重量%であり、且つ前記銀−パラジウム合金100重量部に対して前記ガラス成分を3〜20重量部含み、
前記摺動接点は、パラジウムの含有量が70〜90重量%であり、ニッケルの含有量が30〜10重量%であることを特徴とする、摺動式液面検出装置。
