Description
Claims (6)
- 20.0質量%以上50.0質量%以下のPdと、
合計濃度で0.6質量%以上3.0質量%以下のNi及び/又はCoと、
更に、Sn、Inの少なくともいずれかからなる添加元素Mと、
残部Ag及び不可避不純物からなり、
前記添加元素Mの合計濃度は、0.1質量%以上3.0質量%以下であり、
Ag合金マトリックス中に、Pdと添加元素Mとの金属間化合物を含んでなる複合分散粒子が分散する材料組織を有し、
前記複合分散粒子は、Pd含有量(質量%)と添加元素Mの含有量(質量%)との比率(K Pd /K M )が、2.4以上3.6以下の範囲内にあり、
前記複合分散粒子の平均粒径は、1.0μm以下である、摺動接点材料。 - 添加元素MとしてSnを少なくとも含み、その含有量が0.5質量%以上1.0質量%以下である請求項1記載の摺動接点材料。
- 添加元素MとしてInを少なくとも含み、その含有量が1.0質量%以上2.0質量%以下である請求項1又は請求項2記載の摺動接点材料。
- 添加元素MとしてSnとInの双方を含み、それらの合計含有量が0.5質量%以上3.0質量%以下である請求項1記載の摺動接点材料。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の摺動接点材料をブラシに適用したモーター。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の摺動接点材料の製造方法であって、
溶解鋳造工程を含み、
前記溶解鋳造工程は、鋳造温度になったAg合金の溶湯を冷却する工程であり、
前記Ag合金の溶湯は、20.0質量%以上50.0質量%以下のPdと、合計濃度で0.6質量%以上3.0質量%以下のNi及び/又はCoと、0.1質量%以上3.0質量%以下の添加元素Mと、残部Ag及び不可避不純物からなり、
前記鋳造温度を、前記Ag合金のPd濃度と等しいPd濃度を有するAgPd2元系合金の液相線温度より100℃以上高温に設定し、
冷却時の冷却速度を100℃/min以上とする、摺動接点材料の製造方法。
