Description
(1)移動車両への給電に際して給電線の着脱を必要としない。
(2)パレットへの配線が増えない。
(3)移動車両の入庫時に停車位置がばらついても効率的な非接触給電を実現できる。
本実施形態に係る機械式駐車場(移動式駐車設備)は、図1〜4に示すように、車両格納棚1、パレット2、ボールねじ機構3、モータ4、受電コイル検出部5、給電コイル6、制御装置7及び操作装置8によって構成されている。なお、モータ4は、本実施形態における駆動手段である。また、受電コイル検出部5及び制御装置7は、本実施形態における制御手段を構成するものである。
また、ボールねじ機構3の減速比が大きくモータ4のトルクが大きい場合には、ギア等を介さずにモータ4の回転軸を雄ねじ部32と連結してもよい。
本機械式駐車場において、制御装置7は、パレット2を入庫エリアEに移動させる前に、位置補正エリアHに移動させる(図5(a)参照)。そして、制御装置7は、モータ4に雄ねじ部32を回転駆動させることによって、車両支持部材21と規制部材22との幅方向の相対的な位置関係を初期状態(ずれていない状態)に戻し(図5(b)参照)、その後、入庫エリアEにパレット2を移動させる(図5(c)参照)。
なお、以上の説明および図では、給電コイル6は格納スペースSの中央に、受電コイルJは移動車両Mの中央に位置しているものとしたが、中央以外の位置にあっても、適切に各部材の構造を変化させれば、本発明は適用可能である。
(7)上記実施形態では、非接触給電する方法として磁界共鳴方式を採用したが、電磁誘導方式を採用するようにしてもよい。
(8)給電コイル6や受電コイルJはヘリカルコイルに限定されない。給電コイル6と受電コイルJの間で非接触給電が可能であればソレノイド状など任意の形式や形状のコイルでよく、また両コイルの形式、形状、大きさが異なってもよい。
なお、上記実施形態において、給電コイル6および受電コイルJとして、前後と左右で特性が異なるものを使用し、パレット2の長辺方向(移動車両Mの前後方向)に給電コイル6と受電コイルJの相対位置が変化しても非接触給電の効率が低下しにくいように配置することにより、入庫時の運転手による前後方向の位置ずれの是正時に、許容範囲が広くなり運転手の負担が軽減される。
(9)複数の格納スペースSがそれぞれ異なった形式、形状、大きさの給電コイル6を有し、複数の移動車両Mがそれぞれ異なった形式、形状、大きさの受電コイルJを有してよい。この場合、特定の給電コイル6と特定の受電コイルJの間で非接触給電が可能であってもよい。たとえば、給電コイル6aと受電コイルJa、給電コイル6bと受電コイルJb、給電コイル6cと受電コイルJcの組み合わせでは非接触給電が可能だが、それ以外の組み合わせでは非接触給電が不可能というような場合である。
Claims (4)
- 移動車両が載置された車両支持部材を移動することで前記移動車両を格納スペースに格納する移動式駐車設備であって、
前記格納スペースの床面に設けられ、前記移動車両の底面に設けられた受電コイルに非接触給電を行う給電コイルと、
前記受電コイルに対峙しかつ前記受電コイルよりも大きい部位が磁界透過性である前記車両支持部材と、
前記車両支持部材の下側に設けられ、前記車両支持部材と共に前記格納スペースに移動させられると共に前記給電コイル上方の規定位置で前記車両支持部材が停止するように規制し、前記給電コイルに符合する部位が磁界透過性である規制部材と、
前記車両支持部材と前記規制部材との水平方向の相対的な位置関係を可変する可変手段と、
前記受電コイルと前記給電コイルとが対向するように前記可変手段を制御する制御手段とを具備することを特徴とする移動式駐車設備。 - 前記可変手段は、雌ねじ部と前記雌ねじ部に螺合する雄ねじ部とを有し、前記車両支持部材及び前記規制部材の一方に前記雌ねじ部が固定され、他方に前記雄ねじ部が回転自在に固定されるねじ機構と、前記ねじ機構を回転駆動する駆動手段とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動式駐車設備。
- 前記制御手段は、前記車両支持部材及び前記規制部材を前記格納スペースに移動させる前に位置補正エリアに移動させ、前記位置補正エリアに設けられた前記駆動手段に前記ねじ機構を回転駆動させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の移動式駐車設備。
- 前記制御手段は、前記車両支持部材に移動車両が載置される前に、前記車両支持部材と前記規制部材との水平方向の相対的な位置関係を初期状態に戻すように前記可変手段を制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の移動式駐車設備。
