Description
・ 被加工物表面に作用を及ぼすため、または、被加工物表面を加工するためのアクチュエータと、
・ 音波放出面を有しておりかつアクチュエータに機械的に固定して接続されており、これによって作業ユニットを構成する少なくとも1つのソノトロードと、
・ 作業ユニットを位置決めするため、被加工物表面とは反対側において作業ユニットに接続されている可動の位置決め装置とを有しており、
・ 位置決め装置は、作業ユニットをあらかじめ定めた力で被加工物表面の方向に押し付ける押付手段を有する。押付手段とは、あらかじめ定めた押付力で作業ユニットを被加工物表面に押し付けるのに適したすべての技術な手段のことである。この押付力は、機械式のばねにより、制御された機械的な駆動器、液圧式または空気的な駆動器により、または磁気的に吸引または反発により、質量によって生じる重力により、または真空によって形成することができる。
Claims (8)
- 表面処理または表面加工のための装置において、
該装置は、以下の特徴、すなわち、
・ 被加工物表面(2)に作用を及ぼすため、または、被加工物表面(2)を加工するためのアクチュエータ(5a〜5i)と、
・ 音波放出面を有しておりかつ前記アクチュエータ(5a〜5i)に機械的に固定して接続されており、これによって作業ユニット(3)を構成する少なくとも1つのソノトロード(4)と、
・ 前記作業ユニット(3)を位置決めするため、前記被加工物表面(2)とは反対側において前記作業ユニット(3)に接続されている可動の位置決め装置(6)とを有しており、
・ 前記位置決め装置(6)は、押付手段を有しているかまたは重力を利用して、あらかじめ定めた押付力(F)で、可動に吊り下げられた前記作業ユニット(3)を前記被加工物表面(2)に押し付け、
・ 前記ソノトロード(4)の前記音波放出面は超音波振動し、これにより、前記被加工物表面(2)と、前記ソノトロード(4)の前記音波放出面との間にガス状の媒体が存在するという条件下において超音波浮揚力場が作用し、当該超音波浮揚力場により、前記押付力(F)とは逆向きの反力が形成され、これによって前記作業ユニット(3)は、前記被加工物表面(2)から離隔されて浮揚して保持され、
前記アクチュエータ(5a〜5i)は、
・ 液状、ペースト状、粉末状またはエアロゾル状の媒体を前記被加工物表面(2)上に被着するように、または
・ 電場、磁場、電磁場またはプラズマを前記被加工物表面(2)に形成し、これによって当該被加工物表面(2)を変化させるように、または、
・ 前記被加工物表面(2)を変化させるための超音波場を形成するように、または、
・ 材料を除去するための機械的な作用手段を用いて前記被加工物表面(2)に作用を及ぼすように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする、表面処理または表面加工のための装置。 - プロセス監視のため、またはプロセス制御のため、複数のプロセス監視センサが前記作業ユニット(3)に配置されている、
請求項1に記載の、表面処理または表面加工のための装置。 - 前記複数のプロセス監視センサは、処理または加工中の前記被加工物表面(2)の画像信号を供給する光学センサである、
請求項2に記載の、表面処理または表面加工のための装置。 - 前記複数のプロセス監視センサは、容量式センサであり、当該容量式センサは、処理または加工中の前記被加工物表面(2)の、前記表面処理または表面加工によって生じた容量変化を電気的な測定信号として供給する、
請求項2に記載の、表面処理または表面加工のための装置。 - 前記複数のプロセス監視センサは、誘導式センサであり、当該誘導式センサは、処理または加工中の前記被加工物表面(2)の、前記表面処理または表面加工によって生じたインダクタンス変化を電気的な測定信号として供給する、
請求項2に記載の、表面処理または表面加工のための装置。 - 前記複数のプロセス監視センサは、作業運動に関して前記作業ユニット(3)の前後に設けられている、
請求項2に記載の、表面処理または表面加工のための装置。 - 前記複数のプロセス監視センサは、作業運動に関して、前記作業ユニット(3)の後ろに設けられており、前記複数のプロセス監視センサの後ろに第2の加工ユニットが設けられている、
請求項2に記載の、表面処理または表面加工のための装置。 - 前記被加工物表面(2)と前記作業ユニット(3)との間の間隔を制御するための間隔制御部が設けられており、
前記間隔は、音響エネルギの変化によって変化する、
請求項1に記載の、表面処理または表面加工のための装置。
