Claims (4)
- 被加工物表面および帯状材料を検査するための装置において、
該装置は以下の特徴、すなわち、
・ 特別な被加工物表面および/または特別な帯状材料(2)の帯状表面を検査するために形成された少なくとも1つのセンサ(7)と、
・ 音波放出面を有する少なくとも1つのソノトロードであって、前記センサ(7)と機械的に固定されて接続されており、これによってセンサユニット(5)を形成するソノトロード(8a,8b)と、
・ 前記被加工物表面または前記帯状表面とは反対側で、前記センサユニット(5)を位置決めするための、当該センサユニット(5)に接続された可動の位置決め装置(6)とを有しており、
・ 前記位置決め装置(6)は、前記センサユニット(5)を前記被加工物表面または前記帯状表面の方向に押し付ける押付手段を有しており、ここではあらかじめ設定した押付力が形成されるかまたは重力が押付力として利用され、
・ 前記ソノトロード(8a,8b)の前記音波放出面は超音波振動するため、前記被加工物表面または前記帯状表面と、前記音波放出面との間にガス状の媒体が存在するという条件下で超音波浮揚力場が作用し、当該超音波浮揚力場により、前記押付力とは逆方向を向いた反力が形成され、これによって前記センサユニットが、前記被加工物表面または前記帯状表面から離隔されて浮揚して保持され、
前記センサは、
・ 前記被加工物表面または前記帯状表面の表面構造の差異または色の差異または反射特性の差異または材料均一性またはエラー箇所、または、
・ 前記帯状材料の厚さまたは被着されたコーティングの厚さ、または、
・ 前記被加工物表面または前記帯状表面における表面温度を検出するように形成されている、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記被加工物表面(2)と作業ユニット(3)との間の間隔を制御するための間隔制御部が設けられており、
前記間隔は、音響エネルギの変化によって変化する、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記センサ(7)は、少なくとも2つのソノトロード(8a,8b)によって包囲されている、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記センサ(7)は、別々に駆動制御可能である少なくとも2つのソノトロード(8a,8b)に接続されている、
