Description
にやさしい樹脂である。韓国特許公開公報第10―2008―0067424号を始めとする多数の先行文献には、このようなポリ乳酸樹脂を使用したボードが開示されている。

本発明の一実施例にかかるボードは、架橋されたポリ乳酸樹脂および木粉を含み、前記木粉は前記の架橋されたポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して50重量部〜150重量部含まれ、前記の架橋されたポリ乳酸樹脂は、熱開始架橋反応または放射線照射を通じて架橋されたことを特徴とする。

500kg/m3であることが好ましく、これに制限されるのではなく、水分含量は3.
0%未満であることが好ましい。見かけ比重が100kg/m3未満だと投入が難しいと
いう問題があり、500kg/m3以上だと混合が難しいという問題がある。水分含量が
3.0%以上だと加工過程で水蒸気が発生し不都合があるだけでなく、PLAの加水分解が起こる可能性が高い。
してボードを形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする。
Claims (11)
- ポリ乳酸樹脂、架橋剤、架橋助剤を混合してポリ乳酸樹脂混合物を作るステップ;
前記ポリ乳酸樹脂混合物に対して熱開始架橋反応を起こして架橋させるステップ;
前記の架橋されたポリ乳酸樹脂と、前記の架橋されたポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して50重量部〜150重量部の木粉を含むボード形成用組成物を製造するステップ;および前記ボード形成用組成物を熱成形した後、後処理してボードを形成するステップ;
を含むことを特徴とするボードの製造方法。 - ポリ乳酸樹脂、架橋助剤を混合してポリ乳酸樹脂混合物を作るステップ;
前記ポリ乳酸樹脂混合物に対して電磁線照射架橋反応を起こして架橋させるステップ;
前記の架橋されたポリ乳酸樹脂と、前記の架橋されたポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して50重量部〜150重量部の木粉を含むボード形成用組成物を製造するステップ;および前記ボード形成用組成物を熱成形した後、後処理してボードを形成するステップ;
を含むことを特徴とするボードの製造方法。 - 前記ポリ乳酸樹脂は、L―ポリラクチド、D―ポリラクチド、L,D―ポリラクチドから選ばれた1以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のボードの製造方法。
- 前記木粉は、見かけ比重が100kg/m3〜500kg/m3、水分含量が3%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のボードの製造方法。
- 前記架橋剤は、ポリ乳酸100重量部に対して0.01重量部〜10.0重量部含まれ、t―アミルパーオキシ―2―エチルヘキサノエート、1,1―ジ(t―ブチルパーオキシ)―3,3,5―トリメチルシクロヘキサン、ジクミルパーオキサイド(DCP)、2,5―ジメチル―2,5―ジ(t―ブチルパーオキシ)ヘキサン、t―ブチル―(2―エチルヘキシル)モノパーオキシカーボネートから選ばれる1以上であることを特徴とする請求項1、3及び4の何れか一項に記載のボードの製造方法。
- 前記架橋助剤は、ポリ乳酸100重量部に対して0.01重量部〜10.0重量部含まれ、トリアリルシアヌレートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のボードの製造方法。
- 前記ポリ乳酸樹脂混合物は、加工助剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のボードの製造方法。
- 前記加工助剤は、アクリル系共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のボードの製造方法。
- 前記熱開始架橋反応時の温度は、120℃〜200℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボードの製造方法。
- 前記電磁線照射時のエネルギー量は、10kGy〜100kGyであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のボードの製造方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の製造方法を含む多層床材の製造方法。
