Description
本発明の一実施例にかかる環境にやさしいボードは、ポリ乳酸樹脂、架橋剤および木繊維(wood fiber)を含む生分解性樹脂組成物で形成されることを特徴とする。
本発明のまた別の一実施例にかかる環境にやさしいボードの製造方法は、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部、木繊維50重量部〜300重量部および架橋剤0.001重量部〜10重量部を含む組成物を昇温してボード形態に熱成形するステップ、及び前記ボードを形成する組成物を架橋させるステップを含むことを特徴とする。
以下では、本発明の好ましい実施例による環境にやさしいボードの製造例、及び比較例による製造例を提示する。但し、これは本発明の好ましい例示として提示するものであり、如何なる意味でもこれによって本発明が制限されると解釈してはならない。
結晶質ポリ乳酸樹脂40重量%に、架橋剤であるt−ブチル−2−エチルヘキシルモノパーオキシカーボネート0.4重量%および木繊維59.6重量%を混合して生分解性樹脂組成物を製造した。
結晶質ポリ乳酸樹脂40重量%に、架橋剤であるt−ブチル−2−エチルヘキシルモノパーオキシカーボネート0.3重量%、架橋助剤であるトリアリルイソシアヌル酸塩0.1重量%および木繊維59.6重量%を混合して生分解性樹脂組成物を製造した。
架橋剤を、ジメチルジ−t−ブチルパーオキシヘキサンを使用した点を除いては、実施例2と同一条件で実施例3にかかるボードを製造した。
架橋剤および架橋助剤を入れない点を除いては、実施例1と同一条件で比較例1にかかるボードを製造した。
木繊維の代わりに木粉を含む点を除いては、実施例1と同一条件で比較例2にかかるボードを製造した。
実施例と比較例の反り強度に対する評価結果は、下記表1に示した通りである。
Claims (4)
- ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部、
水分含量が3.0重量%未満でかつ比重が700kg/m 3 以下の木繊維50重量部〜300重量部、
架橋剤0.001重量部〜10重量部、および
トリアリルイソシアヌレートである架橋助剤、
を含む組成物を昇温してボード形態に熱成形するステップ;および
前記ボードを形成する前記組成物を架橋させるステップ;を含むことを特徴とする環境にやさしいボードの製造方法。 - 前記の架橋させるステップは、
前記ボードに熱成形温度より高い温度の熱を加えて、前記組成物を架橋させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境にやさしいボードの製造方法。 - 前記の架橋させるステップは、
前記ボードに電磁線を照射して、前記組成物を架橋させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境にやさしいボードの製造方法。 - 前記電磁線の照射量は、
10kGy〜100kGy範囲であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の環境にやさしいボードの製造方法。
