Description
即ち、本発明では、植物性バイオマス(5〜95%)と、生分解性樹脂(95〜5%)と、植物性バイオマスに無水マレイン酸をエステル化したもの(2〜95%)をラジカル発生剤の存在下で、加熱混練することにより、上記課題を解決した。ここに、植物性バイオマスとしては、リグノセルロース系バイオマスが使用される。
無水マレイン酸50gを200mlのアセトンに完全溶解した後、竹繊維50gに均一に分散させた。室温で24時間以上放置し、アセトンを完全に除去した。その後、160℃で3時間加熱しエステル化反応を行った。得られた反応物を溶剤としてアセトンを用いて、75℃で4時間以上ソクスレー抽出し、未反応モノマーを完全に除去し、無水マレイン酸エステル化竹繊維を得た。得られた無水マレイン酸エステル化竹繊維のIR測定を行い、図2に示すように、1750cm−1付近のエステル基の吸収ピークが明確に現われていることを確認した。また、エステル基含有量は、32%であった。
ラボプラストミルを用いて加熱混練する際の配合を無水マレイン酸エステル化竹繊維5gと竹繊維25gとした以外は、実施例1と同様に実施した。加熱混練の際の配合処方とシートの引張特性評価結果を実施例1と同様に表1に示す。
ラボプラストミルを用いて加熱混練する際の、ラジカル発生剤としてのジクミルペロキシド(DP)の量を表1に示すように、0.1g、0.25g、1.0gとした以外は、実施例1と同様に実施した。加熱混練の際の配合処方とシートの引張特性評価結果を実施例1と同様に表1に示す。
ラボプラストミルを用いて加熱混練する際の生分解性樹脂としてPBSを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に実施した。加熱混練の際の配合処方とシートの引張特性評価結果を実施例1と同様に表1に示す。
Claims (1)
- 植物性バイオマス(5〜95%)と、生分解性樹脂(95〜5%)と、植物性バイオマスに無水マレイン酸をエステル化したもの(2〜95%)をラジカル発生剤の存在下で、加熱混練するものであり、前記植物性バイオマスがリグノセルロース系バイオマスであることを特徴とする複合材料の製造方法。
