Claims (5)
- 건축내장용 보드 제조용 조성물에 있어서,지오폴리머 100 중량부에 대하여 목섬유 1 내지 40 중량부를 배합하는 것을특징으로 하는 목섬유와 지오폴리머를 이용한 복합 보드 제조용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지오폴리머는 슬래그 미분, 플라이애쉬, 제지애쉬, 실라카흄, 카올린계 광물, 칼슘 실리케이트계 광물, 칼슘 알루미네이트계 광물, 소성 분쇄 점토, 유혈암 애쉬(oil shale ash) 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 목섬유와 지오폴리머를 이용한 복합 보드 제조용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 목섬유는 목질 재료로 구성되어 있는 소재 중 분쇄 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 목섬유와 지오폴리머를 이용한 복합 보드 제조용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복합 보드는 나아가 알칼리 활성화제를 바인더로 사용하며, 상기 알칼리 활성화제는 NaOH, NaAl2O3, Na2CO3, Na2SO4?2H2O, Na2SO4, KOH, KAl2(OH)3, Ca(OH)2, Sodium Silicate Solution로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 목섬유와 지오폴리머를 이용한 복합 보드 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물에 의해 제조되는 친환경 복합 보드.
