Claims (8)
- 以下のステップを含む、浸透圧駆動型膜システムにおけるドロー溶質の回収率を最大化する方法:
正浸透膜を備える、第1の浸透圧駆動型膜システムを提供するステップと、
前記膜の第1の側に、第1の溶液を導入するステップと、
前記膜の第2の側に、第1の溶液の濃度よりも高い濃度を有する濃縮ドロー溶液を導入するステップと、
前記第1の溶液から溶媒を浸透圧的に分離するステップと、
前記膜の前記第1の側に、前記膜を通した逆イオン交換により溶質の第1のイオン種を含む第2の溶液を形成するステップと、
前記膜の前記第2の側に希釈ドロー溶液を形成するステップであって、前記濃縮ドロー溶液が前記分離された溶媒の導入によって希釈される、ステップと、
前記希釈ドロー溶液を、ドロー溶質と、溶質の第2のイオン種を含む溶媒とに分離するステップと、
前記ドロー溶質を前記第1の浸透圧駆動型膜システムにリサイクルするステップと、
逆浸透膜を備える第2の浸透圧駆動型膜システムを提供するステップと、
前記第2の浸透圧駆動型膜システム内で溶質の第2のイオン種を含む前記溶媒を加圧するステップと、
溶質の第2のイオン種を含む前記溶媒を、精製された溶媒と、前記溶質の第2のイオン種を含む濃縮溶液とに分離するステップと、
前記溶質の第2のイオン種を含む前記濃縮溶液を前記第1の浸透圧駆動型膜システムの前記第1の溶液にリサイクルするステップと、
前記第2の溶液中の前記溶質の第1のイオン種と前記溶質の第2のイオン種の平衡を保ち、さらなる除去可能なドロー溶質を形成するステップと、
前記第2の溶液を、前記さらなるドロー溶質と第3の溶液とに分離するステップ。 - 前記さらなるドロー溶質を前記濃縮ドロー溶液中にリサイクルするステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記希釈ドロー溶液を分離する前記ステップは、蒸留を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮ドロー溶液は、アンモニアと二酸化炭素を含み、アンモニアの二酸化炭素に対するモル比が1:1を超える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 以下を備える、第1の溶液から溶媒を浸透抽出するためのシステム:
正浸透システムであって、
前記第1の溶液の源に流体的に接続された入口を有する第1のチャンバと、
濃縮ドロー溶液の源に流体的に接続された入口を有する第2のチャンバであって、前記ドロー溶液が前記第1の溶液の濃度よりも高い濃度を有する、第2のチャンバと、
前記第1のチャンバを前記第2のチャンバから分離する半透膜システムと、を備える、正浸透システムと、
前記第2のチャンバの下流にある前記正浸透システムに流体的に連結され、そこから希釈ドロー溶液を受容し、それにより前記濃縮ドロー溶液が前記第1の溶液からの前記溶媒の導入によって希釈され、さらに前記希釈ドロー溶液をドロー溶質と溶媒流とに分離するように構成される、第1の分離システムと、
前記分離システムに流体的に連結され、前記溶媒流を加圧および輸送するように構成される、圧力交換器と、
前記圧力交換器に流体的に連結された逆浸透システムであって、
前記加圧された溶媒流を受容するように構成される第1のチャンバと、
前記第1のチャンバに連結された半透膜と、
前記半透膜に連結され、前記膜を通って流動した溶媒を受容するように構成される第2のチャンバとを備え、前記逆浸透システムの前記第1のチャンバは、前記逆浸透システムの前記第1のチャンバからの前記溶媒流の保持液(retentate)を前記第1の溶液に提供するように前記正浸透システムの前記第1のチャンバに流体的に連結される、逆浸透システムと、
前記正浸透システムの前記第1のチャンバに流体的に連結され、そこから濃縮された第1の溶液を受容し、前記濃縮された第1の溶液からドロー溶質および生成物流を除去するように構成される、第2の分離システム。 - 前記分離されたドロー溶質を前記濃縮ドロー溶液に返却するために前記第2の分離システムと流体連通するリサイクルシステムをさらに備える、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記濃縮ドロー溶液は、アンモニアと二酸化炭素を含み、アンモニアの二酸化炭素に対するモル比が1対1を超える、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1および/または第2の分離システムは、蒸留塔および/または接触膜を備える、請求項5に記載のシステム。
