Claims (4)
- それぞれの外周に回転方向において凹凸状の噛合歯が形成されて歯付きプーリとして構成された駆動プーリならびに第1および第2の従動プーリと、
内面が上記噛合歯に噛み合う凹凸歯とされるとともに外面がフラットな面に形成され、内面側が上記駆動プーリならびに上記第1および第2の従動プーリに当接するように掛け回された無端状の歯付きベルトと、
上記歯付きベルトの外面に当接するベルト走行面を有し、このベルト走行面の幅方向における中間部が両端部よりも大径となるように膨出する形状とされており、且つ、上記歯付きベルトの外面側から当該歯付きベルトに張力を付与するアイドラプーリと、を備え、
上記歯付きベルトの移動経路のうち上記第1および第2の従動プーリの間において上記歯付きベルトが掛け回された区間が直線移動区間として設定されており、
上記アイドラプーリは、上記歯付きベルトの移動方向において上記駆動プーリを挟んだ両側に対をなして配置されており、
上記歯付きベルトには、上記直線移動区間において往復動させられるキャリッジが設けられており、
上記歯付きベルトの内面の上記凹凸歯は、当該歯付きベルトの幅方向に対して傾いて形成されており、
上記駆動プーリならびに上記第1および第2の従動プーリのそれぞれの上記噛合歯は、上記凹凸歯に対応するようにそれぞれの軸線方向に対して傾いていることを特徴とする、ベルト駆動装置。 - 対をなす上記アイドラプーリのそれぞれにおいて、当該アイドラプーリの軸線に対して、上記ベルト走行面の周方向において当該ベルト走行面と上記歯付きベルトの外面とが接触する範囲のなす角度である巻き付け角度は、50°以上である、請求項1に記載のベルト駆動装置。
- 上記駆動プーリの軸線方向に対する上記アイドラプーリの軸線方向の角度を調整可能な角度調整機構をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載のベルト駆動装置。
- 付勢部材によって上記アイドラプーリを介して上記歯付きベルトの外面を付勢して、当該歯付きベルトに張力を付与するオートテンション機構をさらに備える、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のベルト駆動装置。
