Claims (1)
- カーボンを含む材料からなるガラス成形部と、炭化珪素粉末及び炭素粉末をプレス成形した成形体とを密着させ、前記成形体上に金属シリコンを載置するステップと、
前記ガラス成形部、成形体及び金属シリコンを減圧下又は不活性雰囲気下で加熱するステップと、
前記加熱により溶融した金属シリコンを、前記成形体及び前記ガラス成形部と前記成形体との接合界面に含浸させて、反応焼結させることにより、前記成形体から、前記ガラス成形部に一体形成された反応焼結炭化珪素からなる基部を得るステップとを備えるガラス成形用プレス型の製造方法。
