Claims (10)
- 基本位置と装填位置との間で可動の閉鎖体(12)と、前記閉鎖体(12)を解放するための休止位置と前記閉鎖体(12)を捕捉するための捕捉位置との間で可動である捕捉レバー(30)と、前記捕捉レバー(30)を捕捉位置から休止位置へと移行させるために非操作位置と操作位置との間で可動の引金部材(22)と、前記捕捉レバー(30)を休止位置で保持するための保持位置と前記捕捉レバー(30)の捕捉位置への運動を解放するための解放位置との間で可動であり、前記引金部材(22)に対して相対的に可動のリリース部材(56)とを含み、前記保持位置から前記解放位置への前記リリース部材(56)の移行は前記装填位置の方向へと動く前記閉鎖体(12)と前記リリース部材(56)との接触によって行われる、火器のための引金モジュール(10)において、
前記リリース部材(56)は前記引金部材(22)に対して相対的に可動のリリース部材旋回軸(58)を中心として旋回可能であり、それにより前記リリース部材(56)は前記引金部材(22)が前記非操作位置にあるときに引金が安全ロックされていても前記基本位置の方向へと動く前記閉鎖体(12)によって前記閉鎖体(12)の運動空間(18)から外へ出るように可動であることを特徴とする引金モジュール(10)。 - 前記リリース部材旋回軸(58)は前記リリース部材(56)および前記引金部材(22)とは別個の追加部材(68)に配置されており、前記追加部材(68)は前記引金部材(22)に対して相対的に可動なように支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の引金モジュール(10)。
- 前記追加部材(68)は追加部材旋回軸(70)を中心として旋回可能なように前記引金部材(22)で支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の引金モジュール(10)。
- 前記リリース部材旋回軸(58)と前記追加部材旋回軸(70)は互いに平行であり、特に相互に共線であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の引金モジュール(10)。
- 安全ロックされた状態のときには前記捕捉レバー(30)を前記捕捉位置に固定するとともに前記引金部材(22)を前記非操作位置に固定し、安全ロック解除された状態のときには前記捕捉レバー(30)の前記休止位置への移行を許容するとともに前記引金部材(22)の前記操作位置への移行を許容する安全ロック装置(40)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のうちいずれか1項に記載の引金モジュール(10)。
- 前記安全ロック装置(40)は、安全ロック解除された状態から安全ロックされた状態への前記安全ロック装置(40)の移行が前記リリース部材(56)の前記保持位置から前記解放位置への移行と結びつくように前記リリース部材(56)と運動結合された安全ロック部材(82)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の引金モジュール(10)。
- 前記安全ロック部材(82)は安全ロック部材旋回軸(84)を中心として旋回可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の引金モジュール(10)。
- 前記安全ロック部材旋回軸(84)は前記捕捉レバー(30)をばね力で付勢する役目をする引金ばね(26)のベアリング軸に対して平行であり、特に共線であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の引金モジュール(10)。
- 前記安全ロック装置(40)は前記安全ロック部材(82)を安全ロックされた状態または安全ロックされていない状態へと移行させるために操作軸(44)を中心として旋回可能な操作部材(42)を含んでおり、前記操作部材(42)と前記安全ロック部材(82)は回転スライド継手(88)によって相互に運動結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の引金モジュール(10)。
- 請求項1から請求項9のうちいずれか1項に記載の引金モジュール(10)を有している火器、特に携帯火器。
