Description
予備成形品が、異なる寸法を成すセンサ用の電気接触子を収容できるように形成される、及び/又は、予備成形品が、当該電気接触子を圧入によって異なる位置で収容できるように形成される、当該予備成形品を製造するための、ICを有するセンサ素子を予備インサート成形するステップと、
前記電気接触子を前記予備成形品の凹部/又は奥部内に圧入するステップと、
前記センサ素子の前記ICの端子を前記電気接触子に接続するステップと、
前記予備成形品を射出金型内に設置するステップと、
当該完成されたセンサを製造するために、前記予備成形品をインサート成形するステップとから成る本発明の方法によって解決される。

Claims (9)
- センサを製造するための方法であって、
ICを有する一のセンサ素子を予備インサート成形することで予備成形品(サブモジュール)を製造し、前記予備成形品には、第一の用途のための第一のセンサ素子のための電気接触子を圧入によって第一の配置で収容することができ、また、前記第一のセンサ素子のための電気接触子と異なる寸法及び/又は位置の、第一の用途とは異なる第一の用途に代わる第二の用途のための第二のセンサ素子のための電気接触子を、圧入によって前記第一の配置と異なる第二の配置で収容することもできる、二又はそれ以上の用途のための複数の凹部又は奥部を形成するステップと、
前記電気接触子を前記予備成形品の前記凹部又は奥部内に圧入するステップと、
前記センサ素子の前記ICの端子を前記電気接触子に接続するステップと、
前記予備成形品を射出金型内に設置するステップと、
当該完成されたセンサを製造するために、前記予備成形品をインサート成形するステップとから成る前記センサを製造するための方法。 - 前記予備成形品は、固定部材と一緒に前記射出金型内でインサート成形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ICを有する前記センサ素子が、磁石と一緒に予備インサート成形されることにより、前記磁石を有する予備成形品(サブモジュール)を製作する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記予備成形品が、前記電気接触子のほかに、電気抵抗のような電気部品/電子部品を収容し得るように、この予備成形品は形成される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気接触子が交差させられて配置されるように、前記予備成形品が形成される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 予備成形品は、取り外し可能な位置決めピンを装着される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ICの前記端子は、前記電気接触子に接続する前に曲げられる請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記電気接触子が交差され得るように、十分な空間が設けられるように、前記予備成形品が形成される請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- インサート成形された予備成形品(5,24)を有するセンサにおいて、
この予備成形品(5,24)は、ICを有する一のセンサ素子(1,20)が予備インサート成形されることにより形成されており、第一の用途のための第一のセンサ素子のための電気接触子を圧入によって第一の配置で収容することができ、また、前記第一のセンサ素子のための電気接触子と異なる寸法及び/又は位置の、第一の用途とは異なる第一の用途に代わる第二の用途のための第二のセンサ素子のための電気接触子を、圧入によって前記第一の配置と異なる第二の配置で収容することもできる、二又はそれ以上の用途のための複数の凹部又は奥部を有し、前記電気接触子(7,26)が前記予備成形品(5,24)の前記凹部又は奥部へ圧入されているセンサ。
