Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造传感器的方法。
背景技术
常见的是,在制造传感器时(其中借助于注塑成型来生产密封的壳体),传感器元件和信号处理电路首先以第一塑料壳体进行注塑包覆,由此形成预注射成型件,以使该传感器元件和该信号处理电路被保护不受以下包覆模制的影响。
发明内容
本发明所提出的目的在于,提出一种用于制造传感器的方法,该方法是更成本有效和/或更简单的。
根据本发明,该目的通过一种根据权利要求1所述的方法来实现。
该注塑模具优选具有恰好两个定位销。
第一定位销和/或第二定位销的运动轴线齐平和/或是平行的。
第一构件壳体优选形成大体上未被包装的电子构件的壳体和/或由环氧树脂形成,并且形成为集成电路或传感器元件的常规壳体。
在此,该第一构件壳体优选直接由第一定位销和第二定位销固定、尤其大体上在该第一构件壳体的两个相反的外表面的中心进行固定。
该传感器优选被设计为底盘位置传感器或速度传感器、尤其车轮转速传感器。
该第一电子构件优选被设计为ASIC并且包括集成在电子构件中的传感器元件和信号处理电路。
优选地,将该电子构件与导线框架连接或固定在该导线框架上,并且将该导线框架和/或与该导线框架连接的插头/或线缆保持和/或夹紧在该注塑模具中。
该第一定位销和该第二定位销优选被设计为能够加热的,其中该第一定位销和该第二定位销尤其被加热成使得其定位销顶端分别大体上具有流入该腔体中的注塑材料的温度。
该第一定位销和第二定位销优选不被布置在注塑通道中。
在该方法的过程中,便利地借助于唯一的注塑通道将注塑物质馈送入该腔体中。在此,该注塑通道被设计成使得将该注塑材料优选大体上朝向导线框架纵向方向或插头-线缆方向注射入该腔体中。
尤其只有当注塑材料到达该插头和/或线缆出口的所限定的附近和/或所限定的位置时(为此该注塑模具具有注塑传感器或考虑一定的时间间隔),才抽出该第一定位销和该第二定位销。
替代性地,优选首先用注塑材料填充一次该腔体,然后抽出该第一定位销和该第二定位销,之后进行保压阶段,其中将注塑物质保压到该腔体中。
优选的是,在该第一构件壳体或ASIC与该腔体的对置的内壁之间形成有至少1mm、尤其至少或大体上1.8mm的间距。
为了控制或调整制造方法和注塑过程,该注塑模具便利地具有电子控制单元。
该第一定位销和第二定位销优选具有至少2.2mm的直径。
便利的是,
大体上均匀地和/或对称地围绕该电子构件的第一构件壳体的相反的外表面来进行或控制/调整该注塑物质向该腔体中的流动以及就包围该第一电子构件而言的流动,并且尤其在此该注塑物质的大体上均匀的压力作用于该第一构件壳体的相反的外表面。
该第一定位销和第二定位销优选具有发热带或加热带和/或加热筒。
优选地,该第一定位销和第二定位销(尤其在其定位销顶端的区域内)分别以便利的方式不贴靠注塑模具壳体或腔体壁或不与之接触,由此使定位销不损失热量或损失尽可能少的热量。
优选的是,借助于该注塑通道以与该第一构件壳体的朝向该注塑通道的外表面相距小于20mm或15mm的方式将该注塑物质供应至该腔体中。
具体实施方式
附图以示意性图示示出注塑模具以及有待注塑包覆的构件的示例性的部件和组件。
图1示出注塑模具的第一定位销2。这个第一定位销包括加热筒7和沉入腔体4中的定位销顶端5。此外,该第一定位销在其定位销顶端5的区域内具有定中心部8,该定中心部被设计为使其传导相对较少的热量。
借助于图2展示第二定位销3。这个第二定位销具有加热带6,该加热带经由接口9被供应电能。第二定位销3借助于气动缸/液压缸11被驱动并且具有用于补偿公差的弹簧10。第二定位销3具有三个不同直径,在加热带6的如下区域中具有最大直径,该区域是区域12中的中间区域,其中该第二定位销在这个中间区域中具有四边形的截面。
图3示例性地示出注塑模具的一些方面。能够被加热的第一定位销2以其顶端伸入腔体4中。通过浇道15和唯一的喷射点16将该注塑物质注射入腔体4中。根据实例,该注塑模具还具有排气通道13以及底部滑板14,借助该底部滑板可以将已完成注塑成型的构件从该腔体移除。
借助于图4展示布置在该注塑模具的腔体4中的、有待注塑包覆的第一构件壳体1。通过浇道15和喷射点16将该注塑物质注射入腔体4中。根据实例,该注塑模具具有两个附加的止动销17,利用这些止动销在腔体4中执行对第一构件壳体1的预先定中心。使附加的止动销17再次松脱或将其抽出,然后对第一构件壳体1的第一定位销和第二定位销进行定位或固定。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于制造传感器的方法,其中将至少包括传感器元件和/或信号处理电路的至少一个第一电子构件置入注塑模具的腔体中,在此该第一电子构件具有自己的第一构件壳体,该第一构件壳体被限定为构件自身的壳体;至少由该注塑模具的第一定位销和第二定位销将该壳体保持和/或定位在该第一构件壳体的相反的侧面上;然后借助于注塑通道将注塑物质馈送入该腔体中;然后在所限定的时间之后和/或在达到该腔体的所限定的填充度时将该第一定位销和该第二定位销抽回并且经由该注塑通道供应其他的注塑材料,尤其使得该第一定位销和该第二定位销的固定点在该第一构件壳体处被该注塑物质完全覆盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将该电子构件与导线框架连接或固定在该导线框架上,并且将该导线框架和/或与该导线框架连接的插头/或线缆保持和/或夹紧在该注塑模具中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,该第一定位销和该第二定位销被设计为能够加热的,其中该第一定位销和该第二定位销尤其被加热成使得其定位销顶端分别大体上具有流入该腔体中的注塑材料的温度。
4.根据以上权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,借助于唯一的注射通道将该注塑物质馈送入该腔体中,其中在此这个注塑通道被设计成使得将该注塑材料尤其大体上朝向导线框架纵向方向或插头-线缆方向注射入该腔体中。
5.根据以上权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,当注塑材料到达该插头和/或线缆出口的所限定的附近和/或所限定的位置时,为此该注塑模具具有注塑传感器或考虑一定的时间间隔,才抽出该第一定位销和该第二定位销。
6.根据以上权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,首先用注塑材料填充一次该腔体,然后抽出该第一定位销和该第二定位销,之后进行保压阶段,其中将注塑物质保压到该腔体中。
7.根据以上权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,在该第一构件壳体与该腔体的对置的内壁之间形成有至少1mm、尤其至少或大体上1.8mm的间距。
8.根据以上权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,大体上均匀地和/或对称地围绕该电子构件的第一构件壳体的相反的外表面来进行或控制/调整该注塑物质向该腔体中的流动以及就包围该第一电子构件而言的流动,并且尤其在此该注塑物质的大体上均匀的压力作用于该第一构件壳体的相反的外表面。
9.根据以上权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,该第一定位销和该第二定位销,尤其在其定位销顶端的区域中,分别以便利的方式不贴靠该注塑模具壳体或腔体壁/不与之接触。
10.根据以上权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,借助于该注塑通道以与该第一构件壳体的朝向该注塑通道的外表面相距小于20mm或15mm的方式将该注塑物质供应至该腔体中。
