Claims (2)
- 軸方向に連通空間部が形成された端子接触部を有する導電性の端子本体と、
前記端子接触部の先端より前方に突出する先端絶縁部と、前記端子接触部の後端側に配置され、前記端子本体を固定する端子保持部と、前記連通空間部に配置され、前記先端絶縁部と前記端子保持部間を連結する連通樹脂部とを有する絶縁性の絶縁部材とを備え、
前記端子保持部は、外周側に弾性部材が嵌合する嵌合部を有し、
前記嵌合部は、前後方向に間隔を置いて配置された一対のリブによって囲まれた嵌合凹部であり、前記嵌合凹部に前記弾性部材が装着され、後側の前記リブと前記弾性部材が前記端子保持部が配置される端子保持孔の内面に密着されたことを特徴とする端子。 - 軸方向に連通空間部が形成された端子接触部を有する導電性の端子本体をインサート部品として、
前記端子接触部の先端より前方に突出する先端絶縁部と、前記端子接触部の後端側に配置され、前記端子本体を固定する端子保持部と、前記連通空間部に配置され、前記先端絶縁部と前記端子保持部間を連結する連通樹脂部とを有する絶縁性の絶縁部材をインサート射出成形し、
前記端子保持部は、前後方向に間隔を置いて配置された一対のリブによって囲まれた嵌合凹部であり、前記嵌合凹部に前記弾性部材を装着し、
後側の前記リブと前記弾性部材を前記端子保持部が配置される端子保持孔の内面に密着させることを特徴とする端子の製造方法。
