Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d’un contact (1) de puissance mâle. Ce contact (1) comprend une portion de contact (110) et une portion de liaison (120) destinée à relier électriquement le contact (1) à un circuit électrique. Ce procédé comprend une opération de découpe d’une tôle de matériau métallique, pour former la portion de contact (110) et la portion de liaison (120). Ce procédé comporte également une opération de formage consistant à courber la tôle pour lui donner une forme tubulaire au niveau de la portion de contact (110) et à ramener l’une sur l’autre deux épaisseurs de tôle, pour former la portion de fixation (120). Contact mâle (1) fabriqué à l’aide de ce procédé et connecteur comportant un tel contact mâle. Figure à publier avec l’abrégé : Fig 3
