Description
本発明の一実施形態にかかる端子金具1は、図1に示すように、一端側に設けられ且つ相手方の端子に嵌入する電気的に接触される電気接触部6と、中央側に設けられ且つコネクタ61(図5に示す)に収容された際に係止ランス76に係止される係止部8と、他端側に設けられ且つ電線が加締められて電気的に接続される電線接続部9と、を備えている。端子金具1は、銅または銅合金あるいはアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる板金がプレス加工された後に、折り曲げ加工された本体部2から構成されている。

Claims (1)
- 一端側に設けられ且つ筒状に形成されて相手方の端子に嵌入する電気接触部と、他端側に設けられ且つ電線が加締められる電線接続部と、前記電気接触部の先端部に嵌入され且つ該先端部に保持されるキャップ部材と、を備えた端子金具において、
前記電気接触部の前記先端部には、前記キャップ部材と係合する第一係合部が設けられ、かつ、
前記キャップ部材には、前記第一係合部と係合する第二係合部が設けられ、
前記第一係合部が、前記電気接触部の先端部の縁端部から該電気接触部の長手方向に沿って突出された突出部と、前記突出部の先端から該突出部の突出方向に対して略直交する方向に立設された立設部と、を備えて鉤状に形成され、かつ、
前記第二係合部が、前記キャップ部材の一端部から前記立設部の立設方向に対して略平行に立設され且つ該立設部と係止される立設片と、前記立設片から前記電気接触部の長手方向に沿って膨出され且つ該電線接触部の内周面と係止される膨出部と、を備えて銛状に形成されていることを特徴とする端子金具。
