互いに離間した前記少なくとも2個の磁石(28a、28c)同士の間に介在する別の磁石(28e、28f)をさらに有し、
前記ロータ(16)の径方向外方に、円弧状に膨出した膨出部が形成されるとともに、前記膨出部に、前記ロータ(16)の周方向に沿って凹部(26a、26b、26c)が陥没形成され、
前記磁気センサ(30)は、前記ロータ(16)の軸方向で前記膨出部に対向して配設され、
前記少なくとも2個の磁石(28a、28c)と前記別の磁石(28e、28f)は、前記凹部(26a、26b、26c)に収容されるとともに、ハルバッハ配列をなすことを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- ハンドルバー(12)に取り付けられ、アクセルグリップ(14)の操作に連動して回転するロータ(16)と、前記ロータ(16)に設けられた少なくとも2個の磁石(28a、28c)と、前記少なくとも2個の磁石(28a、28c)による磁力を検出する磁気センサ(30)と、前記ロータ(16)及び前記磁気センサ(30)を収容して前記ハンドルバー(12)に取り付けられるハウジング(24)とを有するスロットル開度検出装置(10)において、
互いに離間した前記少なくとも2個の磁石(28a、28c)同士の間に介在する別の磁石(28e、28f)をさらに有し、
前記ロータ(16)の径方向外方に、円弧状に膨出した膨出部が形成されるとともに、前記膨出部に、前記ロータ(16)の周方向に沿って凹部(26a、26b、26c)が陥没形成され、
前記磁気センサ(30)は、前記ロータ(16)の軸方向で前記膨出部に対向して配設され、
前記少なくとも2個の磁石(28a、28c)と前記別の磁石(28e、28f)は、前記凹部(26a、26b、26c)に収容されるとともに、ハルバッハ配列をなすことを特徴とするスロットル開度検出装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載の検出装置(10)において、前記磁気センサ(30)は、前記アクセルグリップ(14)に対し、前記ロータ(16)を挟む反対側の位置に設けられることを特徴とするスロットル開度検出装置(10)。
- 請求項1又は2記載の検出装置(10)において、前記少なくとも2個の磁石(28a、28c)同士の離間間隔が、スロットル開度の中間域でのスロットル開度に対する磁束密度の変化の度合いを低減することが可能な距離に設定されることを特徴とするスロットル開度検出装置(10)。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置(10)において、前記少なくとも2個の磁石(28a、28c)の各々に、磁束が異なる別個の磁石(28b、28d)が積層されることを特徴とするスロットル開度検出装置(10)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置(10)において、前記磁気センサ(30a、30b)を複数個有することを特徴とするスロットル開度検出装置(10)。
