Claims (9)
- 円筒状のハンドルバーの中心軸の回りに回転可能な状態で前記ハンドルバーに取り付けられるスロットルグリップと、
前記スロットルグリップを初期位置へ戻すように付勢するリターンスプリングと、
アクセルポジションセンサと、を備え、
前記アクセルポジションセンサ及び前記リターンスプリングは、直線上に縦列で配置されるように前記ハンドルバーの内部へ収容され、
さらに、前記アクセルポジションセンサは、前記中心軸に沿って延在する磁石と、該磁石を収容する磁性材からなる筒状部材と、前記磁石の端部に対向して配置される磁気センサと、を有し、
前記磁石では、前記中心軸回りの回転方向に沿って複数の磁極が着磁され、
前記磁石は前記スロットルグリップと連動して回転し、
前記磁石の前記磁気センサに対向する端部が前記筒状部材から突出することを特徴とするスロットルグリップ装置。 - 前記磁気センサは前記磁石の中心軸からオフセットして配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスロットルグリップ装置。
- 検出が必要な前記スロットルグリップの回転角が前記磁石において隣接する2つの磁極が前記磁石の中心軸周りにおいてなす角度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスロットルグリップ装置。
- 検出が必要な前記スロットルグリップの回転角の範囲内に存在する前記磁極の境界の数が2以下となるように前記筒状部材に対して前記磁石が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスロットルグリップ装置。
- 前記磁石において前記磁気センサに対向する端部とは反対側に位置する端部が前記筒状部材によって覆われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスロットルグリップ装置。
- 前記磁石を前記中心軸に沿って眺めた場合、前記磁気センサと前記磁石が重なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスロットルグリップ装置。
- 前記磁気センサは、ホール素子、磁気抵抗素子、磁気インピーダンス素子、超電導量子干渉素子のいずれかを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスロットルグリップ装置。
- 前記磁石は、前記中心軸に沿って延在する円筒形状を呈することを特徴とする請求項1記載のスロットルグリップ装置。
- 前記磁石は、前記中心軸に沿って延在する丸棒形状を呈することを特徴とする請求項1記載のスロットルグリップ装置。
