Description
(1)(a)ローヤルゼリー、並びに(b)ヒプロメロース、及びプルランから選ばれる少なくとも一種を含有することを特徴とする液体組成物。
(2)ローヤルゼリーが、ローヤルゼリーのエタノール抽出物、又はローヤルゼリーのエタノールと水の混液抽出物である(1)に記載の液体組成物。
(3)ローヤルゼリーがローヤルゼリーチンキである(1)に記載の液体組成物。
(4)pHが1.5〜6である(1)〜(3)のいずれか1つに記載の液体組成物。
(5)ローヤルゼリー含有液体組成物に、ヒプロメロース、及びプルランから選ばれる少なくとも一種を配合することを特徴とする、該液体組成物中の沈殿及び浮遊物の発生を抑制する方法。
表1−1から1−3に示す処方の液体組成物を製造した。表1−1から1−3に記載の成分を精製水に溶解した後、希塩酸および/又は4mol/Lの水酸化ナトリウム水溶液でpHを1.5〜6.0に調整し、更に精製水を加えて100mLとした。これらをガラス瓶に充填してキャップを施し殺菌後、実施例1〜18とした。
表2−1及び2−2に示す処方の液体組成物を製造した。表2−1及び2−2に記載の成分を精製水に溶解した後、希塩酸および/又は4mol/Lの水酸化ナトリウム水溶液でpHを1.5〜6.0に調整し、更に精製水を加えて100mLとした。これらをガラス瓶に充填してキャップを施し殺菌後、実施例19−31とした。これらを5℃恒温槽及び65℃恒温槽にて4週間保管後、性状安定性を実施例1−18と同様の指標で評価した。
表3に示す処方の液体組成物を製造した。表3に記載の成分を精製水に溶解した後、希塩酸および/又は4mol/Lの水酸化ナトリウム水溶液でpHを3.0に調整し、更に精製水を加えて100mLとした。これらをガラス瓶に充填してキャップを施し殺菌後、比較例1−6とした。これらを5℃恒温槽及び65℃恒温槽にて4週間保管後、実施例1−31と同様にして性状安定性を評価した。
Claims (4)
- (a)ローヤルゼリーのエタノール抽出物、又はローヤルゼリーのエタノールと水の混液抽出物、並びに(b)ヒプロメロース、及びプルランから選ばれる少なくとも一種を含有する液体組成物であって、
(a)ローヤルゼリーのエタノール抽出物、又はローヤルゼリーのエタノールと水の混液抽出物1質量部に対して、(b)ヒプロメロースを0.04質量部以上、又はプルランを0.2質量部以上を含有することを特徴とする液体組成物。 - (a)ローヤルゼリーのエタノール抽出物、又はローヤルゼリーのエタノールと水の混液抽出物がローヤルゼリーチンキである請求項1に記載の液体組成物。
- pHが1.5〜6である請求項1又は2に記載の液体組成物。
- (a)ローヤルゼリーのエタノール抽出物、又はローヤルゼリーのエタノールと水の混液抽出物含有液体組成物に、(b)ヒプロメロース、及びプルランから選ばれる少なくとも一種を配合する方法であって、
(a)ローヤルゼリーのエタノール抽出物、又はローヤルゼリーのエタノールと水の混液抽出物1質量部に対して、(b)ヒプロメロースを0.04質量部以上、又はプルランを0.2質量部以上を配合することを特徴とする、該液体組成物中のローヤルゼリーに起因する沈殿及び浮遊物の発生を抑制する方法。
