Description
Claims (7)
- 鋳造室本体(1)と鋳造ピストン(4)とを備える、ダイカスト機用の鋳造ユニットであって、
前記鋳造室本体(1)は、鋳造材料入口(8)及び鋳造材料出口(3)を備えた、鋳造材料で充填可能な鋳造室(2)を有しており、
前記鋳造ピストン(4)は、鋳造材料を加圧して前記鋳造材料出口をとおして前記鋳造室から放出するために前記鋳造室内で鋳造ピストンの長手方向に前進移動可能であるとともに、後退移動可能であり、前記後退移動により鋳造材料を、前記鋳造材料入口を介して鋳造室内に供給することができ、
前記鋳造ピストン(4)が、前記鋳造室本体(1)の貫通案内開口(5)を通って外部から前記鋳造室(2)内に延びており、前記鋳造室内に前進移動させられた前記鋳造ピストンの外套面(4b)と、前記鋳造ピストンの長手方向に対して横方向で前記外套面に対向する、前記鋳造室本体の内壁面(1c)との間に、前記鋳造ピストンの外断面(d)が前記鋳造室本体の内断面(D)よりも相応に小さいことにより、前記鋳造室の自由空間領域(6)が形成されているダイカスト機用の鋳造ユニットにおいて、
(i)前記鋳造ピストンに少なくとも部分的に能動的な温度調節を施すための鋳造ピストン温度調節装置(14)、及び案内スリーブ温度調節装置(12)のうちの少なくとも一つを備えること、及び
(ii)前記鋳造ピストン貫通案内部を封止するために前記貫通案内開口(5)の前記鋳造室側における内側に設けられたシール要素(10)であって、前記鋳造室(2)の鋳造材料の圧力の下で、通過する前記鋳造ピストン(4)に密着するように押し付けられるシール要素(10)を備えること、
のうちの少なくとも一つのこと、並びに
前記温度調節装置が、前記鋳造室内への前記鋳造ピストンの前進移動可能な長さの少なくとも一部に沿った予め規定可能な温度プロファイルに従って、前記鋳造ピストンを能動的に温度調節するように構成されていること、及び
該鋳造ユニットが、前記鋳造室に能動的な温度調節を施すための鋳造室温度調節装置(13)を備えること、を特徴とするダイカスト機用の鋳造ユニット。 - 前記鋳造材料入口は、前記自由空間領域内及び/又は前記鋳造材料出口内に開口していて、
前記鋳造材料入口及び/又は前記鋳造材料入口に割り当てられた鋳造材料供給導管(7)が閉鎖要素(9)を備えており、前記閉鎖要素は、鋳造材料が前記鋳造材料入口を介して前記鋳造室から逃げるのを防止することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鋳造ユニット。 - 前記鋳造室本体は中空シリンダ(1a)を有しており、前記貫通案内開口が前記中空シリンダの端部に設けられていることをさらに特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の鋳造ユニット。
- 前記鋳造材料出口及び/又は前記鋳造材料入口は、前記貫通案内開口に対向する前記中空シリンダの端部、又は前記中空シリンダのシリンダ外套面に設けられていることをさらに特徴とする、請求項3に記載の鋳造ユニット。
- 前記鋳造ピストンのための案内スリーブ(11)が設けられており、前記案内スリーブが、前記貫通案内開口の、前記鋳造室とは反対側の外側から外に向かって延びていること、及び/又は前記貫通案内開口の、前記鋳造室に向いた内側から前記鋳造室内に延びていることをさらに特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の鋳造ユニット。
- 前記貫通案内開口又は案内スリーブの、前記鋳造ピストンに向き合う内壁に位置する環状逃げ溝(17)と、そして前記環状逃げ溝から、前記鋳造室本体の外側へ通じる逃げ通路(18)とが設けられていることをさらに特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の鋳造ユニット。
- 前記鋳造ピストンの前記外断面(d)が、少なくとも、前記鋳造室(2)内へ移動可能な前記鋳造ピストンの部分において一定であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6までのいずれか一項に記載の鋳造ユニット。
